Also, the host was very responsive to messages when we asked anything. This was the case even prior to booking, which gave us confidence that the stay would be a really good one, which it was. Our parking space was close to the apartment, the beds and other furniture were all of good quality and comfortable, and the Roku system with the large-screen TV worked just fine. The kitchen amenities, including utensils, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, an oven, and a dishwasher, were great for our purposes. Our stay was in late December through very early January, and, despite cold conditions outside, we were kept warm inside by a good heating system. We cannot comment about air conditioning, as none was required due to the time of year for our stay. We wound up not doing any laundry while there, so we cannot comment on the machines, but we have every reason to believe they would have been good, too. Drainage is via a septic system, which means no flushing of items thicker than normal toilet paper. One downside was that an outside stairwell is needed to get up to and down from the apartment, which some older people or those with mobility issues may find difficult, so potential guests should look at the picture of the outside carefully before booking. ##### Keith W. We loved drinking our coffee on the deck looking out over the farm. We had a full house, so I did feel bad about the noise since the owners are below the vrbo space. However, Gazi is so friendly and did not have any issues with my excited group. We loved the snacks and K cups. It was a pleasure meeting Gazi, it was a plus, so nice and truly interested in getting to know us and making sure we didn't need anything. Communication with the property owners was superb and they always got back to us within a few minutes. The check in process was very easy and simple.
