Nestled under the trees along glacier fed "Kwechak Creek," The Spruce Goose is the perfect home base for a large group looking for a private home with all of the amenities to rest and prepare for the next great Alaskan adventure. You're just a short drive away from Kenai Fjords National Park, Exit Glacier, the Seward Harbor, and dozens of other amazing activities. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8 comfortably. The primary suite has a king size bed and large private bath with a beautiful double shower and heated floors. Two more bedrooms with queen beds share a large hall bath complete with a jacuzzi tub and complimentary washer and dryer. The living room converts easily for sleeping with a privacy screen and comfy pull out sofa. The living areas connect to a fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare an evening meal. The large dining table seats 8, or have your dinner or morning coffee al fresco in one of several outdoor spaces including a covered back patio. The house is in Bear Creek, and is conveniently located to all attractions. It is situated next to a stream - a great location for a walk/run and with bald eagles soaring above us. We have enjoyed our evenings sitting out in the porch, or around the bonfire set up in the backyard. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing us to make great meals during our stay.
