Understand that there is only a single bedroom with a door that closes. The bed upstairs, in a low-ceiling loft, was perfect for the kids, but we had to turn off the lights in the kitchen and living room and be very quiet until they fell asleep because of the light and sound bleed. The final bed is the convertible couch in the living room. All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is an excellent size with plenty of amenities. Wifi is strong, but the uplink is satellite internet; large uploads (eg, pushing photos to dropbox or amazon pictures) WILL fill the pipe and kill the connection. Definitely check this place out if you need somewhere overnight before your Royal Caribbean southbound Alaska cruise -- or for somewhere to stay a few days after your northbound one! ##### Jonathan P. Had just what we needed for a couple of nights cooking at home …for us only lacking a washer & dryer (which was as advertised) but allowed for the experience of doing laundry in town. The property was very clean and modern and comfortable. The house clearly put a lot of thought into this place for travelers, who may have never been to Alaska before. The location was convenient to Exit Glacier and the town of Seward. Shirley was quick to respond when we needed her and was so sweet and kind. There was perfect directions on how to find the cabin (google maps wasn’t correct but it wasn’t needed with the info provided!). Clean, thoughtful decor, and great space for our 2 day stay in Seward.
