Understand that there is only a single bedroom with a door that closes. The bed upstairs, in a low-ceiling loft, was perfect for the kids, but we had to turn off the lights in the kitchen and living room and be very quiet until they fell asleep because of the light and sound bleed. The final bed is the convertible couch in the living room. All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is an excellent size with plenty of amenities. Wifi is strong, but the uplink is satellite internet; large uploads (eg, pushing photos to dropbox or amazon pictures) WILL fill the pipe and kill the connection. Definitely check this place out if you need somewhere overnight before your Royal Caribbean southbound Alaska cruise -- or for somewhere to stay a few days after your northbound one! ##### Jonathan P. The beds were comfortable, the location was quiet, and the communication was clear. The only thing that I didn't realize from the online booking was that we stayed in the upper unit and could hear the people in the lower unit, even if they weren't being loud. The property was very clean and modern and comfortable. The house clearly put a lot of thought into this place for travelers, who may have never been to Alaska before. We loved to be welcome with a personalized message form the porch and lots of instructions once inside. Thank you for providing bear proof trash bins on the property so we did not have to drive anywhere to drop off trash at the end of our stay because we had to leave early one morning. I loved how available the host has been on any messages on the VRBO app. We had everything we needed plus a wonderful view of mountains and bald eagles. Aug 10, 2018 #### Perfect spot for hiking and fishing We just spent three nights at the Lost Lake - Seward House cabin and had a wonderful stay. Perfect size for four of us (two couples) and great location for fishing trips out of Seward and hiking Exit Glacier and nearby trails. The cabin was exceptionally clean, the beds comfortable and we enjoyed two relaxing evenings by the fire pit. We will be back! ##### Renee M.
