This pleasant flat is perfect for exploring the city on foot, without the need to take a car. Close to the flat, just a few meters away, there are several places of interest such as the Plaza de España, the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Real Alcázar of Seville, the María Luisa Park, the Royal Artillery Factory or the Archive of the Indies. The area also has a wide range of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Andalusian gastronomy. Furthermore, it is very well communicated, with the metro, tram, train station (San Bernardo) and bus stop just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get there quickly and comfortably.
