On a very busy pedestrian street with lots of loud people roaming until the early hours of the morning. The apartment was on the top floor with no elevator (ugh!) and in dire need of an update. Single pane windows and shutters did little to keep noise out. Appliances and fixtures were all very old (and not in a good way). Walls need repair (cracked plaster, peeling wallpaper, and signs of mold). Priced way too high for a hat it is. Good communication from the host ensured easy access to the unit. ##### Kevin M.
