Its location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the iconic Plaza de España and the historic center—ideal for exploring the culture, festivities, and everything this wonderful city has to offer. Our House Spread over three floors connected by a comfortable staircase, our home is perfect for families or groups seeking space, comfort, and an unbeatable location: Ground Floor: Cool and cozy, featuring a living room and two double bedrooms. Main Floor: A single bedroom, a full bathroom, a lounge, a laundry room, and a spacious kitchen with an extendable table for up to 10 people, adjustable for extra comfort. Top Floor: A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two additional double bedrooms, and another full bathroom. Rooftop Terrace: Equipped with artificial grass, an outdoor shower, furniture, an awning, sun loungers, and spectacular views of the Plaza de España towers. It also includes a sink and a mini fridge, perfect for enjoying cold drinks outdoors. A perfect home to relax and explore this magical city.  
The El Porvenir neighborhood in Seville is a peaceful and attractive residential area located southeast of the historic center. It stands out for its proximity to two of the city's most iconic landmarks: María Luisa Park and Plaza de España. Both are just a short walk away, making this an ideal location for those looking to enjoy Seville’s green and cultural spaces. El Porvenir offers a relaxed atmosphere with tree-lined streets and a mix of regionalist and modern architectural styles. Its closeness to San Bernardo Station is another major advantage.
