It’s perfect for soaking in the local atmosphere and visiting all major landmarks on foot. The living area features a small staircase leading to the upper level, where you’ll find the bedroom and a cozy space with an additional bed. The loft has an integrated kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a small patio with plants. Guests can also enjoy a spacious shared rooftop terrace with breathtaking views—an ideal spot for admiring Seville’s sunsets. As an interior unit within a residential community, the loft offers a peaceful environment free from street noise. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the patio area. The loft suite is part of a traditional Sevillian house with two large courtyards featuring lush plants and a designated space for securely parking bicycles. As this is a residential building, we kindly ask guests to be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum when entering and exiting. The building includes a large shared rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy impressive views of the city and stunning sunsets.
