It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral. The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV. Two large windows face Pastor y Landero street and El Arenal traditional food market. The entrance hall of the apartment has a working desk and a sofa. There is high speed fibre optic internet connection. A corridor leads to the interior side of the apartment. Kitchen has a dining table with four chairs and is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. It includes oven, dishwasher and washing-machine. Hanging lines outside the kitchen window for drying clothes. The master bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe.
