It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral. The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV. A window faces Pastor y Landero street and El Arenal traditional food market. The entrance hall of the apartment has a working desk. There is high speed fibre optic internet connection. A corridor leads to the interior side of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. It includes oven, dishwasher and washing-machine. Hanging lines outside the kitchen window for drying clothes. Dining room with a table and chairs. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and bedroom 2 has a double bed. El apartamento está bien para los planos estrechos de construcción. Sin embargo el cuarto principal es muy ruidoso. Sería muy bueno cambiar el comedor por el dormitorio principal y mejoraría muchísimo. Una recomendación enfática es no poner aromatizadores por toda la casa. El olor desagradable proviene de los baños como cualquier propiedad antigua de la zona y no es tan fuerte. Los aromatizantes si son muy desagradables.
