INTERNET WIFI, A/C We rent a great and cozy house with an Andalusian patio in the center of the city of Seville. the house has a room with a double bed of 1.35cm, another room with another double bed of 1.35cm (a capacity for up to 4 people), bathroom, a toilet, living room and fully equipped kitchen with everything What's needed: fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine. It also has all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible: television, Wi-Fi, PC, video, stereo. The house is located in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz-Alfalfa, next to the temple of Hercules, located in Marmoles street and a few minutes walking from the cathedral. The old town of Seville offers a good cultural, social and gastronomic atmosphere that does not disappoint visitors. What to see in Barrio Santa Cruz Your walk, which you can start from the Plaza del Triunfo, where the cathedral is located, entering the square known as Patio de Banderas, next to the Reales Alcázares, should be a search of corners. The Plaza of the Three Crosses in the Barrio de Santa Cruz de Sevilla The Passage in the Barrio de Santa Cruz in Seville One of the first can be the square of Santa Marta, hidden behind a passage that you access from the Plaza del Triunfo. It is located in an absolute fabulous location, with winding little corridors and walkways. We never came back and forth to the apartment the same way twice, making it a maze of discovery. We had the most INCREDIBLE private tour of the Jewish Quarter from a Jewish scholar (highly recommend), where we learned about the incredible history of this location. My teenage son learned more about Spanish history from this one tour - which made walking this neighborhood more magical than ever. History came to life. The Roman columns right next to the front door became our landmark. This apartment became an oasis from our adventures during the HOT Seville days. The owner has lovingly collected artifacts over a lifetime and it felt an honor to be able to stay as a guest in this special and beautiful home. Impeccably clean home. Carlos has done such a great job of creating a space that feels homey and steeped in history. The place is filled with a carefully curated collection of art and artifacts, and it feels like you are staying in the home of a family that has been owned the property for generations. We also found Carlos to be a responsive and helpful host. The property is really well located, and it is easy to walk wherever you want to go. Having two toilets is a plus, but keep in mind there is only one shower. This apartment is gorgeous, clean and well-located on a quiet street that bans cars. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Everything was perfect. One warning: the shower is nice, but has little head space. If you’re tall, you might have to bend over. Still, this apartment is a jewel. ##### Jodi E. This place is unbelievably beautiful inside, the pictures do not lie. Spending a night here is a fantasy. It's like spending the night in a queen's castle. The place is full of beautiful artwork, furniture and various nick-nacks. There is a reason for the security deposit, the owners are entrusting the renters with a lot of beautiful items. Refrigerator was clean however severe Oder of fish. Only 2 bath towels for a 4 night stay No instructions on operation of household items No instructions for leaving. May 25, 2023 Liked: Location Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Good location, The property is in a good location. We stayed for ten days we never actually met the owner we communicated via text. All the cupboards and chests except one were locked which meant with lived out of our suitcases that was not acceptable Evan the cupboard in the kitchen was locked so we could not store any dry goods. All the knives were blunt. And the dryer didn’t work. One chair was missing a caster making it uneven to use, and some of the upholstery had no springs, there is no satellite or cable tv as advertised when I text the owner he said I needed to use my login details but I don’t have a Spanish ip address. The air conditioning is in the bedroom only. We had to cleared some of the coffee tabes of locked boxes of bric a brac in order to use them the Dyson stick vacuum was absolutely full of dust which is probably why it didn’t work. It does have an aging Nespresso machine. But no pods I would have thought the owner could have at least provided some as part of a welcome pack but there is no amenities provided no information or leaflets about the area at all. In short the owner is not in the least interested in anything other than collecting rents. On the positive side the linen was clean, an the bathroom an shower were good. In short this is a stay for one or two days max, a good place to explore from an somewhere to drop your bags. Tienes todo tipo de establecimientos y monumentos cerca para poder visitar. La casa es muy grande y amplia, una casa antigua sevillana muy bien decorada y muy limpia! Unos salones grandes, dormitorios acogedores, baños limpios con agua caliente al instante y la cocina y la casa entera equipada al completo para que puedas hacer vida. La cocina funciona genial, el frigorífico muy grande y la lavadora y la secadora una maravilla. Si en esos días necesitas lavar y secar tu ropa están a tu completa disponibilidad dentro de la casa! Las camas muy cómodas y las sábanas y toallas olían genial! La entrada a la casa muy sencillo y los dueños muy atentos en todo momento! We initially had a few communication issues due to language differences/lack of information at the property but these were resolved on day two. A very charming and richly decorated apartment with easy access to all that Seville is famous for. Carlos was a most gracious & accomodating host and very easy to deal with. Looking out the kitchen window you see the Roman Columns as your neighbor. The place is well furnished and as the pictures show, adorned with fine things.
