### New apartment Centro-Judería

Apartment, on the ground floor, of new construction for which elements of the old building have been used that make it a unique space combining tradition and modernity.  
Located in the neighborhood of San Bartolomé, old Jewish quarter, with an exceptional location, within the historic center of the city and just 10 minutes walk from the cathedral.  
Guests can feel for a few days like real Sevillians living in one of the most traditional neighborhoods.  
  
The apartment consists of a cozy living room-kitchen fully equipped and various commodities that will make your stay as pleasant as possible. Likewise, this space has a large window, flanked by arches supported by a column of marble Corinthian style belonging to the old building which dated from 1875, which provides natural light and beautiful views of an interior courtyard.  
The building is quiet and the street leads into an alley, typical of the old Jewish quarter, which has no exit to road traffic makes this place a very peaceful place to rest.  
During your stay I will be available to answer any questions you may have. Upon receiving them at check-in I will transmit information about the places to visit as well as some indications of where to eat and how to get around.  
The district of San Bartolomé was one of the three Jewish quarters in Seville in medieval times and preserves the typical features of Islamic cities with large communal houses where several families lived among narrow alleys to face the summer heat.  
This neighborhood still retains certain typical Sevillian features where some traditional shops coexist with modern bars and restaurants that make it an obligatory place to spend a pleasant time feeling like a Sevillian. In the same street there is a bakery with artisan bread and only 100 meters away there is a supermarket.  
The church of San Esteban is located on the very corner of the street, which turns our apartment into an exclusive viewpoint where you can observe the passage of various brotherhoods that make up the well-known Easter week in Seville.  
The Casa-Palacio de Pilatos, one of the main monuments of this city, is just 200 meters away and its must-see makes up what could be the beginning of a wonderful route through the hiding places of this monumental city.  
Due to the location in the historical center of the city where traffic is restricted in many of its streets we encourage guests to make all their journeys on foot and be surprised discovering the innumerable beautiful corners of the historical helmet of Seville. If you choose public transport there is a central bus stop (C5) at 100 meters. And if you are one of those who like to ride a bike to travel the city at 300 meters there is a Sevici station where you can rent a bicycle for hours for your travels.  
How to get to our apartment:  
Santa Justa train and AVE train station: 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. There, there is a connection (via EA bus) to the airport with an approximate frequency of 15 minutes.  
Seville Airport: it is 15 minutes by car and has a connection to the city center by bus, taxi or VTC.  
Public bus: the bus stop (C5) that runs through the historic center is 100 meters away and by transfer you can reach all points of the city and its stations.  
If you arrive by car you can download your bags at the door of the apartment since it is a dead end street and there is no traffic. We have private parking according to availability for a price of € 15 / day, contact us.

Points positifs : appartement neuf, propreté parfaite, bonne literie, bon équipement en gros électroménager, calme, situation centrale, fourniture des produits de première nécessité. Points négatifs : Les photos présentées sur le site rendent mal compte de la réalité. Dans la pièce de séjour, pour protéger son intimité, il faut baisser les stores donnant sur le patio de l'immeuble, d'où une impression de confinement. La chambre à 2 lits n'a pas de fenêtre, ce point n'est pas précisé dans le descriptif du gite. - L'équipement en vaisselle, ustensiles est insuffisant. Pas de saladiers, de petit électroménager, de boites de rangement, d'épluche-légumes, etc Ce gite a manifestement été conçu pour de très courts séjours, sans confection de repas (sauf petit-déjeuner) sur place, et plutôt pour 2 personnes (s'il doit en accueillir 4 , il manque de sièges pour se détendre : un canapé 2 places seulement).

For me it was perfect. My only initial and temporary problem was the door lock. You have to push, pull, jiggle and then the key opens the door. Once I got the hang of it I had no more trouble. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was awesome. There is a dishwasher and a clothes washer, but I didn’t use either one. The host left coffee for the coffee maker and tea and some fresh bread rolls for me. I loved the area. It was so quiet yet close to everything. AC worked when I needed it but mostly I only used it for sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. There’s no outdoor patio or anything but I didn’t need that. The only thing I wish I had was CNN in English on the TV.

I didn't like that when I booked it, it said sleeps up to 4 people and we only had 3 and then I got changed extra for having 3 people and not saying that when I booked it. I consider this very tricky and unfair. I managed rentals for 35 years and when we said a place sleeps 6, we would never charge extra unless you had more than 6. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. I feel the host was not as good as any of the other hosts we have had.

Diego was a great host that provided excellent recommendations for the local Seville historical community. The free flamenco performance was great. He was quick to respond to issues and provided what we needed. The apartment is in Jewish old town and close to many attractions. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment.

El apartamento es perfecto para 4 personas y lo hemos encontrado limpio y en perfecto estado. La ubicación es muy cómoda y céntrica, se puede ir caminando al centro de Sevilla sin problema. La calle es tranquila y sin tráfico. La atención del propietario ha sido excelente. Small 3 room (2 BRs, 1 bathroom, 1 combined Kitchen (stovetop microwave - no oven)/LR/DR. Apartment is on first floor off of lobby/courtyard. For privacy, shades/curtains must be kept closed. No daylight exposure. Great for short stay. Convenient walking distance to all of the top sights in Sevilla - short walk to bus, restaurants and grocery store. Host Diego is great - very responsive and informative.

#### Great City - Great Accommodation

We would not hesitate to return to this property, should we make a return visit to Seville. The property is situated in the Old Jewish area, that has lovely narrow cobbled streets, but is just a 10 minute walk to the centre where most of the main "must see" sightseeing is. Plenty of good restaurants just a few minutes away. Very clean apartment and Diego, the owner was extremely helpful.

Great location but quiet and close to everything. Town is maybe 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and we loved everything about it.

#### Fantastisch appartement en zeer behulpzame host Diëgo!

Modern, schoon en zéér compleet. Zelfs vers brood aanwezig bij aankomst. Locatie rustig en zeer centraal gelegen. Alle bekende bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand bereikbaar. Host Diëgo behulpzaam waar nodig. Een zeer aanbevelingswaardig adres.

#### Great location. Excellent property

This apartment has a great location. Very close to the centre and all the sights yet very quiet. The apartment is extremely well and thoughtfully equipped. We had bread, butter, tea,coffee and beer on our arrival. Plus there is washing up liquid, washing powder etc, so you don't need to buy anything for a short stay. Diego was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We didn't want for anything. Be sure to visit Pilate's house which is just around the corner. The apartment is immaculate too. Sooo clean!
