This was not the room. The apartment was quite nice and very clean. We had a 2 bedroom it had 3 baths, there was a small windy staircase to the top floor which was the kitchen and living area - this also had a huge outdoor area. For all purposes it was a very nice apartment but just not what I expected. As for the windy staircase luckily my mother in law at 80 is very nimble otherwise she wouldn't have made it out of the bedrooms! The location is great and the apartment let's you live like a local. However, the studio is advertised as a double bed. It is really a sofa bed with a better mattress. The apartment is old which adds to the charm. That said, there are broken lampshades and a small t.v. It needs a bit of freshening up. There is no iron, which is important to me. Quelques bémols quand même.... Porte sous évier cassée, pas d'eau chaude à la cuisine, difficile de prendre une douche bien chaude, car l'eau passe du chaud au froid....Et parfois pas d'eau chaude du tout. ... However there were a few pieces of furniture that were falling apart, the door did not close properly and wifi signal was non existent! Las camas muy incómodas y no hay mantas, menos mal que si que hay aire acondicionado y lo usamos para calentarnos por la noche. Rue pas très passante d'automobiles mais où quelques fêtards piétonniers peuvent déambuler tard dans la nuit :). The apartment was spacious, decorated in a rustic / shabby chic style. Loved the use of reclaimed floor tiles (probably from the same building prior to it being renovated) combined with laminate flooring. Lots of attention to detail to maintain the over style. the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped and had everything you needed (no oven but 2 hob rings). Be aware that because of the style of these type of buildings in Seville and their age - there is no lift, so if you don't like / can't handle steps, perhaps look for an alternative. Excellent rapport qualité prix Tres Bonne situation. Appartement propre et original. Par contre, Literie à revoir. Lit et surtout canapé lit. Et cloisons avec les voisins très fines. Dommage car a part ça tout était parfait. Terrasse sur le toit. When we alerted Juan the next morning, he and Maria immediately changed our apt to a superior, more comfortable apartment down the hall. Maria made sure we had everything we needed. We liked the mix of modern and old. We thought the location was very good, quite quiet and accessible to the sights of Seville. Very helpful staff on check-in and when we required something changed. The neighbourhood was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights (as much to do with Spanish nightlife as anything and not a complaint). Some of the other people staying were also quite noisy but quietened down reasonably quickly. The kitchen could do with updating. The sink has a metal bar over it which makes washing up 'interesting'. Having only 2 hotplates on the stove is limiting. Toaster and jug - as new. The major complaint is that much of the cutlery and crockery was very dirty and required washing before use (some was so filthy we left it). The bathroom was excellent. The sofa bed extremely comfortable. There is no table for eating, only a bench. The beds are not stable, they will sound when turning.
