Recaredo IX Upon entering the apartment, you step directly into a beautifully designed living room, furnished with high-quality pieces that create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. From the living room, you can access a spacious private terrace, fully furnished with outdoor seating and offering unobstructed views of the city, an ideal space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay. On this level, there is also a convenient guest toilet. A staircase leads to the lower level, where you’ll find two bedrooms. One features two single beds measuring 90 by 200 and the other has a double bed measuring 150 by 200\. A full independent bathroom serves both bedrooms. The apartment is located in a privileged area for exploring Seville. Just across Avenida de Recaredo, you’ll reach the historic center, home to the city’s main landmarks and attractions.
