The apartment is perfect for a couple, stands out for its interior design and the excellent quality of equipment. The area is excellently connected to public transport and there is a paid parking a few meters, the street is pedestrian. Very close to the shopping area of the city. It will be a pleasure to receive you in our house and recommend the best and most authentic of Seville. This wonderful apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience. The building has been recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 32' TV with international channels, comfortable sofa in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, milk and cookies), microwave, kettle, washing machine, ceramic hob and a complete set of utensils. The room has a comfortable bed with a light Nordic duvet. All lingerie is 100% cotton. You have at your disposal several types of pillow that will make you have a great rest. You have a built-in wardrobe to store your clothes and belongings. The bathroom, of great quality and LED lighting, has a large shower with gel dispenser - shampoo, hairdryer and large mirror - cabinet with first aid kit. If you need it, you have iron, ironing board, drying rack and all the cleaning items you may need.
