You climb one flight of stairs to reach two bedrooms (one with an en suite bath); climb another flight, and you’re at the living-dining-kitchen area (with another bathroom); one more flight to the “penthouse” bedroom (again with its own bathroom!) and balcony. A bathroom for each bedroom was great, we only needed two bedrooms. It wasn't obvious from the listing that the twin room bathroom wasn't en suite, this meant that there were a couple of floors between myself and my fourteen year old niece, which wasn't entirely ideal. Terrace stairs were slightly scary, I can see why this property isn't suitable for young children. The front door lock was a bit temperamental which made it sometimes difficult to get in and out. Fantastic apartment in the beautiful old town of Seville just yards from bars and restaurants. (Please note that due to the narrow streets a taxi can only get so far). The apartment had everything we needed, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but note that one bedroom doesn’t have an en-suite with the bathroom on the next flight of stairs. There are a lot of stairs too, so not suitable for the less able. (We didn’t have a problem). Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, but the icing on the cake were the two roof top terraces. The view was stunning and we finished every evening there taking in the tremendous vista. (Although beware the very steep steps but to the top terrace, we found coming down backwards was the answer). There was some early and late street noise, but you are staying in a city so this is to be expected. Contact with the service team was excellent too. I would definitely return to this apartment for its comfort, location and views.
