Francos Entretejas I Magnificent duplex apartment located on the third floor of a beautiful classic building in the historic center of Seville. Upon entering the house there is a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen and living room. The living room area is on the left side and it is Chapineros street, there is a double sofa-bed (1.40 x 1.90 m). From the living room there is a direct access to the first bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m) and a separate bathroom with shower. The upper floor can be reached by stairs from the living room. There is the second bedroom with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m), the second bathroom with a shower and the exit to a beautiful private terrace, furnished with wooden furniture and with wonderful views of the Cathedral and the Giralda tower. The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, on the corner of Francos and Chapineross streets. A few meters from the apartment the Town Hall, the Cathedral and the Giralda tower are located. The apartment is also very close to the Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias and the Torre del Oro. The neighborhood where the apartment is located has wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants where you can taste the best Andalusian cuisine, as well as countless brand stores and supermarkets. Lots of room and the terrace had great views. The rooms were furnished and decorated well and had the amenities we needed. The location is in an amazing neighborhood. There were a few minor things around cleanliness. The terrace had a layer of dirt that needed to be addressed...should be a part of the cleaning between guests. I don't think that was done. A few other areas seemed to be missed by the cleaning crew, nothing that was terrible, but were noticeable and could use better attention to details. The check in process could be a bit smoother. I'm sure it's not easy to coordinate with perfect precision, but it seemed like a lot of back and forth communication and we still ended up waiting on our check-in person when we arrived for several minutes. Being greeted upon arrival would be preferred. Once she arrived, she did a great job of walking through the place and explaining everything to us. ##### Jeff R. Our family loved this location and it’s a beautiful apartment right in the heart of the action! Communication for arrival was prompt and they were excellent with email communication prior to arriving. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen although we barely used it because there are too many cafes to enjoy! There are steps to the upper bedroom and balcony that may be difficult for some people but weren’t an issue for us. The bathrooms are nice and toiletries are supplied as well. There is a washing machine and detergent tabs provided as well. We would definitely choose this vrbo again in a heart beat and go home with lovely memories of our first trip to Sevilla! ##### Donna F. The company was extremely responsive and kind in all of their communication. The apartment was absolutely phenomenal- excellent location, incredibly clean and well appointed with wonderful personal touches including some snacks and a Flamenco fan upon check in. Would highly recommend this apartment and it will be what all VRBOs we stay in are compared against from now on.
