It has all the charm of its neighborhood. It is a fresh and bright place. Elegantly decorated, with very good materials and furniture, blending modernity with rustic style. Located at the beginning of Castilla Street, it is right next to the river and next to the Triana Bridge, which takes you to the center in less than 10 minutes on foot. The building is an old tenement building typical of Triana. Once you enter through the entrance, you will find a staircase, and on the first floor is your apartment. Upon entering, you directly enter a beautiful and elegantly decorated living room. A mix of traditional furniture and modern decor. In the living room, there is a very comfortable sofa that also doubles as a bed, a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and so on. To the left is the fully equipped and renovated kitchen. It has a ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, and so on. The living room leads to the bedroom, which is separated by a very elegant sliding door that offers privacy by dividing the two spaces and also isolates both spaces. The bedroom has also been carefully designed and is very cozy. It is bright thanks to a large window. It has a double bed. At the end of the bedroom is the bathroom. It's important to know that if two couples or two friends are staying, the person sleeping in the living room must enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in each room, and a Smart TV. The perfect place to enjoy Seville and relax at home.
