Francos VII Francos VII is a high-quality apartment located in a renovated building in the heart of Seville, on the popular Calle Francos. It’s ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay, with capacity for up to 4 guests. This bright one-bedroom apartment is in a recently renovated building. It offers a cozy and quiet atmosphere throughout the day, despite being in a very central area. It features an open-plan layout combining the living room and kitchen. The living room is stylishly decorated and includes a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), perfect for accommodating two additional guests. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, ideal for both short and long stays. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The location is excellent: on a pedestrian street that is lively during the day but quiet at night. Just steps away, you’ll find tapas bars, traditional restaurants, branded shops, and local stores. Major attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, Plaza Nueva, and the City Hall are all within walking distance. There was an agent at the apartment to meet us when we arrived. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very helpful. The central location was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to be. The pedestrian-zone street also has a no-noise after 11pm policy, which is very nice.
