Appartement idéalement situé à 2 pas de la Cathedral et de l'Alcazar proche des commerces et restaurants. Il est confortable, bien aménagé avec tout le confort qu'il faut. De plus Maria est réactive et très gentille. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Great Location

We were two adult couples, no children. There was plenty of space and privacy. Spiral staircase would be a challenge with large suitcases, but no issue with smaller bags. Cannot say enough about the location. There were only twin beds in each of the rooms, but they were comfortable and everything was clean.

The location is central (walking distance) to everything. Adorable cafes all around. The apartment is big, the rooftop with views of the cathedral are awe inspiring, and the host was responsive for any questions we had. We came with our 5yo and 8yo and there was plenty of room for all of us. We couldn't have been happier!

Lovely apartment

The apartment is in a fantastic location right in the middle of the Old Town and so close to the beautiful Cathedral, Bell Tower, Alcazar, cafes/bars/restaurants and a good little supermarket. It is compact and has everything we needed, perfect for 5 ladies sharing. The air conditioning kept the apartment at a perfect temperature. The roof terrace is large and a lovely place to sit and relax, once the heat cools down. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Maria was a very good and very helpful host. Thank you for making our first trip to Seville such an enjoyable one.

Great location!

We had loved this authentic spanish style apartment. It was steps from the cathedral, shopping and dining. One warning, do not follow google's driving instructions to get to this appartment! It will take you throu the extremely narrow streets of downtown.

This is a charming apartment centrally located in the most popular tourist area of Seville, where everything is walkable, in the heart of restaurants, historical sites and shopping. The apartment is clean and cozy, with a modern bath and a washing machine, and plenty of nice towels and linens. Two things worth noting - the spiral staircase leads to the larger bedroom and the terrace, everyone needs to be comfortable with that set up. Second, this apartment is in the heart of the pedestrian district. You will hear street noise from the front bedroom and the bells toll regularly. Light sleepers will appreciate earplugs. The nearby restaurant Tradevo Centro should not be missed for delicious fresh fish.

Location can't be beat

We enjoyed our stay here and the location is ideal. Owner's description of apartment is very accurate. It was clean and well appointed with ample towels, comfortable enough beds, kitchen and sunny terrace. Close to the action but also quiet. We had some difficulty finding the address but perhaps that was our fault. If this happens to you ask the owner for the name of home decor store next door and this will definitely help when using GPS for directions. Overall a nice stay.

Wonderful time in Seville

This was a very nice and comfortable apartment in the old section of Seville very well located for many of the sites we wanted to visit. The only negative aspect was a narrow spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, which we tended to avoid as older guests. This limited our use of a beautiful terrace that was located on the upper level. But overall we loved this apt. and its location and would highly recommend it.

Perfecto para enamorarte de Sevilla

Una ubicación estupenda, tan cerca de la Catedral que casi se podía tocar la Giralda. Una semana estupenda para poder pasear con una temperatura muy agradable. Sus estancias son lo suficientemente cómodas como para poder disfrutar también de la casa. La terraza es espectacular y merece la pena tener que subir las escaleras de caracol. La cocina es diminuta pero suficiente. Con todo lo que se necesita. Consideramos que fue perfecta y por supuesto Maria excepcional. Gracias

Beautiful, charming apartment

Great apartment with tons of charm in the heart of old Seville. The circular stairs to the upper floor and terrace required some adjustment, but became a non issue after the first day. My wife and I are in our 60’s and we had no problem with the stairs. Be aware that the internet service is quite hit and miss. We are not web junkies, but did have issues making travel plans via the web in this apartment.
