It is located in a unique building that combines the charm and tradition of an emblematic building with a modern interior design. It has a maximum capacity for 6 people. The flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and is fully equipped (air conditioning hot/cold, WiFi, smart TV, safe). Stylish flat of category AT two keys with private TERRACE (solarium) of 25 m2 located in the very CENTRE in the heart of Santa Cruz district. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. It is decorated with a lot of care but at the same time designed for the total comfort of the guest who will find a perfectly equipped place. It has a maximum capacity of 6 people who will rest in comfortable beds of the highest quality. Located in the emblematic Cruces street in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, a very well known place in Seville for its history and the beauty of its buildings and very close to the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Murillo Gardens. From its terrace you can enjoy views of the Plaza de las Tres Cruces, one of the most beautiful and historic squares in Seville. The lounge is exquisitely decorated in a modern and cosy style. In the living room there is a dining table. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the second and third bedrooms have two single beds each, for a greater versatility. The flat is located on the first floor of a beautiful building with a lift and a light-filled courtyard. The interior design is very elegant, practical and up to date, making the rooms very pleasant and cosy. Services and common areas During your stay you have access to the whole house, you will enjoy the whole flat. The house is delivered with the necessary bed linen and towels for the guests. In the bathroom you will find bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You don't need to carry all this in your suitcase. The flat has high speed fibre broadband, so it is also an excellent place to work. Thanks to this, your arrival can be at any time. The latest check-out time is 11am if no other time has been previously agreed. Our cleaning staff will arrive around 11am.
