It was rather frustrating. Advertises to sleep 10. There was to sofas that would make into beds, but no extra linens or blankets for that. Very little hot water if any to shower with. Me and group of ladies had to take turn showering for 2 minutes each to have enough warm water. Several of us took cold showers. Felt like I was on Big Brother and was on the have nots! The thermostat worked the first couple of days and then wouldn't come on. Was rather hot in the cabin, tried to open doors up but the sewer smell was very strong around the cabin. Could really use some updates on the comforters and bedding. The towels and wash cloths looked like they were 10 years old and stained up. Had to go buy toilet tissue for the cabin. The soap in the bathroom looked like they had added water to make some soap. Could really use a good cleaning overall! Lots of dust on everything. Tom did send a plumber over, but he stated he didn't know what they could do. I guess too small a water heater to accommodate guests. I'm surprised no one mentioned that issue in any reviews. I booked the cabin, so I felt bad for the other 6 ladies on the trip. Location was great! All of us couldn't wait to get home and take a long hot shower!!!

We were very happy with our stay at the cabin. Three master bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us, our 2 adult chidren and their spouses. Family togetherness along with enough space for privacy. The cabin was clean and as pictured. We made good use of the hot tub and pool table. There were small maintenence things like tolet paper holders that were barely hanging on the wall and the pots and pans were pretty rough (broken handles, very worn, etc). I recommend bringing your own if you plan to cook any meals. But the views, cleanliness, and location more than make up for a few small inconveniences. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

#### Memorial Weekend getaway
Property renters were great with communication, location was amazing, and we love the Hidden Springs resort rentals. The cabin wasn't the cleanest when we arrived, though. The beds were made, but had crumbs and hair in them. The dishes were in the cabinets but were greasy or had dried food on them. Otherwise it was an amazing stay, and our family had a great holiday weekend!!

#### Disappointed especially for the price
Very disappointed that the lower floor did not get warm with the heat on. My kids were not able to sleep downstairs due to the cold and had to sleep on the couch in living room on the main floor after the first night due to temps dropping. Overall the cabin is outdated and is in need of some regular maintenance....moldy shower curtains, rusted pans and dishwasher, gurgling jacuzzi tub on top floor every time a toilet flushed. This cabin has so much potential to be an excellent 5 star rental if it were updated and cared for. The views are amazing but definitely not worth the price.

#### House on a hill
We had a fair time. Close to many attractions and things to do. But this is supposed to be a pet friendly cabin and there is no place to walk your pet. The house is on such a slant on the hill that I fell getting out of my car. You say you have a Fully stock kitchen, but there’s no can opener. You don’t have a strainer and there’s not enough large mixing bowls. We are a family that cooks. You have tons of pots , and you only have one super large frying pan and one very small frying pan and nothing in between. The pool table is not even worth playing on. You need to Rehfeldt the table and put new bumpers around the pool table. When you hit the ball, it doesn’t even bounce off the side. It’s so old and dried out. my husband tried to play a game and you couldn’t even play. The best thing that we liked about the cabin was the hot water and the shower. The cabin was acceptable, but could use a better cleaning. Lots of dust under the beds and the floor could use a good washing. We were there when the hurricane came through and it rained for two or three days. One thing that you don’t have is a rug by the door. No place to wipe your feet and all that water was getting tracked into the house all the time. You need a table in the kitchen. There’s nothing to prep food on. When you put stuff on the counters, then there’s no place to prep the food. A small kitchen table or butcher block in the middle of your kitchen. Would sure help with prepping.

House was nice. Not enough paper products to last three days(three half roles of T.P. for 5 people). Be sure to bring shampoo and body soap as none was provided. one hair dryer for three bathrooms. One hot pad and kitchen towel. If it where not for the lack of supplies review would be a 10 out of 10

#### Perfect for our family
Property was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were a little firm for our liking but that is just a matter of personal preference. Great views of the mountains. Grandson loved the gameroom downstairs.

#### Not as expected
The owner was quick to respond when we had no power in the loft when we arrived he came over right away to fix the problem. The views from the deck were great however the railing was a bit wobbly. The cabin was not very clean.We could see a layer of dust when walking up to the loft. We had wet sheets on the bed downstairs.The "starter soap" downstairs was a soap dispenser filled with water. A lamp in main floor bedroom was unusable because the switch was broken. There were no bath rugs so we had to use a towel to step on when getting out of the showers. The grill was filthy and the brush to clean it was old and gross so we didn't grill and there were no oven mitts so that made it challenging to bake anything besides there weren't really any pans to bake in other than a cookie sheet. There was one kitchen towel and a cheap sponge to wash dishes when we didn't need to use the dishwasher. We weren't able to eat out on the deck because the paint on the table was chipping all over and there wasn't a table cloth for it. The cabin needs maintenance. I would have expected something nicer for the price. The listing in general is inaccurate.

The place was very big but things could have been a lot cleaner the basement rug was severely stained and the mattress pad on the basement bed smelled of dog urine, took off all the bedding and there were 3 urine stains on the pad, had to wash all the bedding down there. The housekeeper just covered it up with clean sheets

#### Family Vacation
The cabin was perfect in every way for us. The owner checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything and to give us some helpful suggestions. The cabin is located perfectly, only 5 minutes from Dollywood and less than an hour to nearby walking trails and waterfalls. It was perfect!

This property combines great views, close location to strip with nice cabin set up. Bedroom and bath on each floor for privacy, with decks, games and community indoor pool. Very nice at competitive price.

We loved our time here! The cabin was perfect. Beautiful sights, plenty of space, perfect location. We had some minor plumbing issues-the owner responded immediately to our texts and had the situation resolved promptly.
