Bad experience Bad customer service Came here with a large group of family members. Below, I have listed the main issues of our stay. After reaching out to VRBO numerous different times they were unwilling to work with us and basically told us we just have to deal with it. It was definitely an inconvenience for our family. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with for lodging. I will definitely never use this company again.-We never received a code to enter the home until just before we arrived. We had to make a few phone calls to get this information.-The first thing we noticed was Dirty floors and dining room table.-We also noticed that the sheets and pillow cases were dirty, had hair on them, etc.Not all the pillows have pillowcases eitherWe washed the sheets ourselves and noticed that the washing machine was broken which I assume is the reason they were never changed from the previous customer. -There weren’t enough towels for everyone. -The downstairs bathroom had no water pressure could barely wash your hands. -3 different pictures on the website showed a bunkbed downstairs that was removed prior to us arriving so family members had to sleep on the couch and on comforters on the floor.-A few of the windows didn’t lock in the house ##### Amy L.
