Close to everything, yet oh so Private! 10 Minutes to Pigeon Forge attractions and Dollywood - so close you can hear the Dollywood Express train whistle echo through the mountains. 20 minutes to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park! COMFORTABLY Sleeps 16 with 5 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, Game Room, Hot Tub and Theater! This cabin greets you with a welcoming front porch and comfortable rocking chairs that allow you to take in the wooded surroundings. Once inside, the main living area includes 2 beautifully decorated King Bedrooms, each with an en suite bath and flat screen TV. The open floor plan Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room with electric fireplace are just down the hall. The kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is equipped with everything you need to feed your group, including Keurig and drip coffee makers. A massive double decker vaulted ceiling in the Dining and Living rooms lets the light flow and allows you to take in the beautiful wooded hillside that surrounds the property. A porch with ample seating runs the full length of the house. Awaiting you upstairs is a gorgeous sleeping loft with Queen bed, a reading nook, Movie Theater with big screen 4K TV and two comfortable leather sofas (including one sofa bed) and a half bath. To the lower level you’ll find a Game Room with a wall of windows and packed with endless activities to fill your days and evenings! A recycled whisky barrel turned arcade system plays 60 classic 80’s video games. An awesome air hockey table can host tournaments for all ages. A poker table for cards and board game fun. And a stunning pool table to test your skills! The sofa in this area converts to a bed to extend your sleeping capacity. There are two more bedroom suites on this level. One with a King bed and the other with Queen over Queen bunk beds. Each has a full bath and flat screen TV. The deck that runs along the lower level is home to the large 6-person Hot Tub, built for relaxing with a view! We did see a couple of bears in the driveway and each morning we awoke to fog, thus the Smokie Mountains. Kids loved the games room and enjoyed the stay. The only drawback, which we finally got used to, was the last quarter mile to the property was a single lane pig trail. Our cars made it fine, but this is summer and not winter. It is paved somewhat, but on our first trip, it was a little scary. We wanted mountain and we got it. You are 10 to 15 minutes to about anywhere you want to go in Pigeon Forge which was great. It was able to accommodate my large family comfortably. We were able to be noisy on the game floor without bothering those upstairs. The owners were professional and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. We had a bear visit the cabin our first morning, which we safely watched from inside! Everyone loved this property! The cabin was not too far from all of the attractions that we visited, and there were endless activities that the cabin provided for us. The only two things I will say is that the floors left my socks & feet dirty, & the driveway towards the cabin was unexpectedly steep (and it turned into a one lane once we started getting closer to the cabin, but it wasn’t that bad). We spent fall break in the Smokies with a party of 8 ages ranging from 14-77 and this Cabin had something for everyone. Easy access with no stairs to Feltner/exit the cabin, great game room, theater room and plenty of seating on the porches and great room for everyone. We had only one issue during our stay with the hot tub and it was addressed and remedied within 24 hours. I would definitely return to this cabin. The gaming room downstairs was awesome as well to entertain the crew of kids/ teens. Plenty of space and we were group of 15 people. I would definitely recommend brining extra linens as their isn’t much extra or pillows or blankets. The mattresses can definitely be a better quality but sleep-able. Unfortunately every dish / utensil was dirty from previous renters so had to wash anything if we wanted to use it. Other then that Sean had great communication and a beautiful cabin. We were looking for a place for our whole family and this cabin was perfect. All of our adult children and spouses had their own room with bathroom on the basement level. My husband and I along with my parents had our own rooms and bathrooms on the main level. And my 16 year old son slept in the loft bed and had access to a half bath. Kitchen and family room were large enough for all of us to gather. Upper deck was nice to gather and talk & play games. Kids all enjoyed the hot tub & pool table. Air hockey was also a nice bonus. Communication with Sean exceeded expectations. Had an issue with the fans in the bedrooms not working and he did his best to resolve the issue and communicated throughout our stay to make sure we were good. The "road" up to the cabin is quite steep and very narrow - thankfully we never met another vehicle because I'm not sure what we would've done! Definitely need a vehicle that can climb. Big bonus - you do not have to climb 1000 stairs to get into the cabin - just pull up and walk in! We used Instacart for grocery and adult beverage deliveries as well as had pizza delivered.
