We had ages 6 months to 55 years old with 3 tween boys. They loved the pool table and video games and having a downstairs area they could stretch out while adults were upstairs. Small area out back to sit. The property didn’t really have a yard but it doesn’t claim to. Only mentioning because looking at the pictures it looked like it might have woods for walking around. One other thing to call out is this is not the typical VRBO. The amenities were not consistent with others. There were hotel size bars of soap in the bathroom, toilet paper, and towels. The kitchen had dish soap and detergent and pots and pans, dishes and cups. I am used to having foil, baggies, shampoo, salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. I also bring some of those things. Just mentioning for others that may rent. Property was far enough away from all the busiest areas but still only 15 minutes away from PF and less than 30-45 to GB and Smokies.
