Autumn Rose has room for the whole family to spread out around the “Best Darn Porch in the Smokies” Brought to you by Folly & Forge Vacations The Space: A sprawling deck wraps around the entire house, providing gorgeous panoramas of the surrounding beauty. Soak in the private hot tub or relax around the gas firepit. A convenient location near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg keeps you close to amusement parks, attractions and the area’s top-rated attractions. Inside, three floors of living space include two game rooms with billiards, poker table and an arcade game, an in-home movie theater, and welcoming mountain décor. The upstairs Master is a spacious king bedroom, with amazing bathroom, complete with a deep soaking tub and tiled shower. The main floor is home to 2 cozy Queen bedrooms and a shared full bath with shower/tub combo. The kitchen, laundry and living areas are also on the floor. The lower level includes 2 awesome bunk rooms, a full bath with step-in shower, plus a game room and movie theater! Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire cabin, with exception of owner’s storage areas. Guests also have access to swimming pools at Honeysuckle Meadows between May and October, as well as year round access to their catch and release stocked fishing pond. The Neighborhood: Driving to the cabin on arrival, you'll be awestruck by the majestic mountain ranges of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Wrapping the entire home, a large deck is the perfect outdoor retreat. Relax in rocking Adirondack chairs or sway peacefully in the swinging love seat as burgers sizzle on the gas grill. In the evening, unwind in the private hot tub or around the gas fire pit. A charming gazebo with a picnic table is perfect for alfresco meals. Getting Around: Less than 5 miles to the "back entrance" of the National Park! Drive 13 miles to downtown Gatlinburg. Here you’ll find upscale restaurants, the Aquarium of the Smokies, and other attractions. Everything is close (but not too close): Dollywood (10 miles), Gatlinburg Golf Course (8 miles), the Island in Pigeon Forge (7 miles) and The Ripken Experience (7 miles). Other Things to Note: Cleanliness is of paramount importance to us and all our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and handyman is on call, should any issue arise. Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest stay. High speed Wi-Fi is included. In-unit washer/dryer are complimentary. Bath towels and linens are provided. Hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Please bring your own toiletries. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans but please bring your own food, condiments, cooking oils, plastic wrap, ziplock bags etc. Coffee maker (Keurig and Drip) is provided but bring your own coffee. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! The cabin is equipped with an Exterior Security Camera for Guest Safety and cabin security. To insure there is sufficient time to clean for the next guest, we do not offer late check out or early check in. We had 14 people ranging in age from 2 to 76\. We were able to each have our own spot to rest and relax, but also multiple places to gather for meals or other activities - the movie room and corn hole were well used! The location is exactly what we were looking for – away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg– but it was close enough if we wanted to go into town to do any tourist type things or eat, it was an easy drive. There were also multiple places to hike, go tubing, or just sightsee. The host was amazing and responsive when we had questions or concerns, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Had a large dining table for us to gether and short drive to Gatlinburg as well as Pigron forge- location was great! Theater room and hot tub were awesome!! The Autumn Rose is beautiful and was exactly as pictured and described. My husband, our adult children and my parents stayed here for 7 nights. Everyone had their own space to relax and unwind if they chose. The porch is beautiful and is where we spent the majority of our time. The owners were quick to respond when we needed them. If I were to revisit the Sevierville area I would prefer a cabin more in the mountains and not in a development. However for our first visit this was a great location and not to far from anything that we wanted to do. ##### Tammy K. The house met all of our needs and more. It was so comfortable for our large group! The porch was amazing and the furniture was comfortable. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The place looked clean on the first appearance but was really dirty. Cameras on every corner and watching the hot tub area is a little disturbing also. This property fit the bill. Paved roads all the way to the property, with plenty of parking. The property was well maintained and met the needs of 14 adults. We cooked all our meals at the cabin and it was well equipped with appliances and cookware for a large group. Throughly enjoyed our time on the porch with everyone playing corn hole and the younger adults enjoyed the theater room. If I’m the area again we will definitely stay here again. ##### Pam M. Our family ranged from ages 8 to 71 and all were happy with the home, location and the fun things to do! We had family movie nights in the home theater and game nights at the large dining room table. There was plenty of room for our family. The house was clean and check in was easy. Sean was very responsive to all communications. We would definitely stay again at this home! ##### Cynthia F. We spent lots of time on the deck during the day and evening. The large table allowed us to ask eat together. We also enjoyed playing board there and in the gazebo oot back.
