### Teddy Bear Cabin-Comfy and Convenient! Close to local attractions.

Newly-built 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath cabin in Sevierville's Echota Resort with central access to so many local attractions! The primary renter must be age 25 or older.   
  
Great cabin experience but not too remote. This cabin is practically across the street from Soaky Mountain Water Park and the Sevierville Golf Club. It is 1 mile from the Sevierville Convention Center, and only 8 miles from Dollywood. Close to Pigeon Forge and Tanger Outlet Shopping. Free Wi-Fi. HD TV w/free channels. You can also bring your own passwords to log into premium channels. There are several large grocery stores within 2 miles.  
  
The space  
The cabin is light and airy with beautiful woodwork, a full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. It has dishes, cookware, a large dining room table, breakfast counter, covered porch with patio furniture, an open deck, 2-person hot tub, game room, washer and dryer. A full-size coffee maker is provided (you will need basket-type filters and bulk coffee).  
  
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with side-by-side freezer and ice maker. The open floor plan (kitchen, dining room, living room) has a peninsula breakfast nook, or it can be a great place to use your laptop. The dining room has a hand made farm-style table with benches that seat 6\. The living room has nice leather furniture and a cozy fireplace.  
  
Guest access and Parking  
Please park in provided free parking space, which holds 1 vehicle.   
  
You may park in the access driveway for a short time to load/unload, but be aware that others also have the right-of-way. Additional parking for 1 other vehicles is available in an adjacent designated community area; other vehicles must park off to the side on Ravens Ford Way.   
  
Other things to note  
The covered porch is the perfect place to sit and relax and has festive lighting for evening enjoyment. The open deck has a 2-person hot tub.  
  
TVs in central area and in every bedroom with free channels.  
  
Bear-proof trash cans are provided outside at the parking area.  
  
The cabins are smoke-free.  
  
Security  
There may be outdoor cameras that are actively recording the driveway and parking spaces. They do not see indoors, on the covered porch, or on the open deck where the hot tub is located. They do not record video. Sound decibels may be monitored.

Three couples all aged between 19 and 25 enjoyed a wonderful weekend at a cabin that was both clean and spacious. The cabin layout was ideal for three couples looking to enjoy a getaway together. The large kitchen combined with the open floor plan allowed everyone to gather and cook meals easily. Multiple porches provided the perfect spots to relax and enjoy the fresh air while the hot tub offered a wonderful way to unwind after a long day. Each bedroom having its own bathroom added a level of privacy and convenience that everyone appreciated. Parking at the cabin was not ideal. The available space was limited making it difficult for everyone to find a spot. Many guests struggled to park their cars. To make the experience easier I definitely recommend carpooling. By sharing rides everyone can save space and enjoy a more relaxed arrival. The cabin owners communicated their check-in and check-out instructions clearly. They also created a detailed folder that outlined the expectations for staying in the cabin. This made it easy for guests to understand what was required during their stay. Overall the level of organization and attention to detail was impressive. I would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.

The Raven's Roost Cabin was just as described in the listing. It was very clean! We were staying for an event at the Sevierville Convention Center (connected to Wilderness at the Smokies) and this cabin is literally right across the street. Checkin was a breeze. Communication and response time to questions was excellent. I can't say enough good things. We'll definitely book here again in the future!

#### Gatlinburg Getaway

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It’s very clean, very modern, and the hosts were excellent. There was constant communication between us and them for any issues that may have arose. We loved our weekend trip here. The only issue we found, was parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. This is not a complaint, simply more of an observation. I would 1000% book this cabin again, and would recommend it to anyone.

#### A good retreat!!!

I love love love this property!!! At booking the owner's communication was quick, and informative. She knew I would be traveling for a long distance and offered traveling grace. Upon reaching the cabin we were greeted with a clean, air-conditioned (already on) well stocked house. I could have just stayed in for the entire vacation and relaxed on the patio which has very comfortable patio furniture and lights for the nighttime. There was no need to contact the owner during the stay because nothing was needed. Towels were provided and a washer and dryer so you could wash the towels and re-use them as needed. The house was sanitized and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves with (including family board games). You are close enough to stores and tourist attractions for the busy bodies and secluded enough for the laid-back types. If you are going to the Knoxville/Sevierville area this is definitely a hidden gem. I just left and I am planning to go back already (my husband doesn't know it yet, lol)

#### Lots of missing items

The kitchen was not adequately stocked. Not enough dishes/bakeware, no wine opener, toaster, coffee pot. Towels were in short supply and had not been washed. Still new with tags. Hot tub is very small. Porch and porch furniture had bird poop on them. Parking was very tight.

Beautiful, host was helpful and very nice, we enjoyed the cabin with every need thought of and provided. The location of the cabin was convenient. We will stay here again on our next trip to the mountains
