The mountain views were breathtaking, and the home itself was stunning, with well-thought-out upgrades and a spacious layout. The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to all the fun attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Everything was very clean, which made for a comfortable stay.There was a minor issue with a water leak from the main bathroom into the movie room, but we really appreciated that it was quickly communicated and resolved the same day. However, there were a couple of disappointments. The pool was not heated, which was a major letdown since it was one of the main reasons we booked this home. We tried to reach out to the owner about it but never received a response. Additionally, we arrived to find a dryer full of soaking wet towels, and we soon realized there was a venting issue with the dryer, which we also communicated to the owner.Despite these setbacks, we would still rent this home again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
