It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a little time away. Pool was a little chilly but the hot tub made up for it. The mountain views were breathtaking, and the home itself was stunning, with well-thought-out upgrades and a spacious layout. The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to all the fun attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Everything was very clean, which made for a comfortable stay.There was a minor issue with a water leak from the main bathroom into the movie room, but we really appreciated that it was quickly communicated and resolved the same day. However, there were a couple of disappointments. The pool was not heated, which was a major letdown since it was one of the main reasons we booked this home. We tried to reach out to the owner about it but never received a response. Additionally, we arrived to find a dryer full of soaking wet towels, and we soon realized there was a venting issue with the dryer, which we also communicated to the owner.Despite these setbacks, we would still rent this home again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. With a few improvements, this rental could be absolutely perfect! ##### Jamie P.
