Entering this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom true log cabin with a queen sleeper sofa, you'll enjoy views of the forest and mountains. This charming cabin has an unbeatable location! It's tucked into a quiet, wooded area in the hills while being only 15 minutes from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You will be located: \-15 min from the Pigeon Forge Parkway \-15 min from Dollywood \-15 min from Gatlinburg \-20-30 min from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, has a door with a lock, and an en suite bathroom The second bedroom is an open loft on the second floor with a bathroom. Please note that this second bedroom does NOT have a door, it is simply an open area at the top of the stairs. Cozy up with a blanket by the gas fireplace while watching all of your favorite shows on our TV with the option to log into your Netflix account or any other service you personally pay for. Unwind from a long day of hiking in the park with a soak in the hot tub while looking out toward the mountains and the wildlife in the forest below. Throw a few steaks on the charcoal grill and relax with a beer on the swing on the covered porch with a view of the forest and mountains beyond. We also have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals if you're having a night in. If you want to work from home, we have you covered with Starlink internet. There can be spotty cell phone reception depending on your provider. The cabin is also equipped with arcade games for your entertainment. A few things to note: \-You will need to climb a few steps from the drive way to the front door \-There is a flight of stairs from the main living area to the loft. \-For the security of our property and guests, there is a ring floodlight on the front of the cabin pointing at the driveway. The neighborhood is very safe but it helps us keep an eye on the property. \-There is no outdoor fire pit and no outdoor fires are allowed. \-Our favorite part of the area is how close we are to nature. You may see Mama Bear and her cubs while visiting. They are some of our favorite neighbors so please enjoy watching them from a distance and do not feed or approach them. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR TRASH IN YOUR CAR as they may try to break in to get it. Nice property, good location, 10 minutes to Pigeon forge or Gatlinburg either direction. Unfortunately during our stay the hot tub did not heat properly. Someone showed up to look at it and was unable to fix it and we never heard anything else from the host afterwards other than they were working on it. Also, the most disappointing part was the cleanliness. This is what brought the property down. There were full blown cookies underneath the bed we found after performing bed checks as we always do before getting in them. I messaged the host and she was responsive, but unfortunately nothing was done about it other than them saying thanks for the feedback. Overall, the cabin is nice and my son loved the pac man machine in “his room” with a great location. Very cute property in gated community, nice and quiet and kept clean. Living room couch converted into a sleepable couch. Check-in was straightforward and we had great fast communication with host. Hot tub and bedroom tub worked perfect. Definitely a cozy stay that enhanced our Gatlinburg trip!
