Communication was great to begin with, we didn't have any baking pans in the house and they brought us some. A few days later we experienced a huge storm and water was pouring in some of the windows of the house. We had enough towels to dry this up but never heard from anyone when we reached out. Also upon leaving the house we realized that we probably left an item in the house and after reaching out to them we have still not heard any response.
