We got upgraded for free check in was easy and they were super sweet! Rooms were clean!!! And beds were so comfortable!! It's a great place to stay. We were upgraded at checking in. We had a icemaker in the freezer!! Hooray!! The suite was an upgrade and bigger. I had a actually walk in shower!! The room was from someone renting out their timeshare at the Wyndham of the smokies. When I checked in, the Resort was offering timeshare presentations for coupons and money. I Went for a 90 min presentation to get the free stuff and at 90 min when the show was supposed to be over I tried to leave, the timeshare representative got very aggressive and said we had to stay to get the money and coupons.
