The location can’t be any better, only minutes from all the attractions the area has to offer yet tucked away in a quiet peaceful area. The cabin has all the comforts of home! Lounge in the morning on the large deck overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains, or take in the view with your favorite beverage at night. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen and an open floor plan for your entertaining needs. If you choose to venture out of the cabin there are so many things to do there is no way to list them all. There is Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Clingman’s Dome, shopping, museums, restaurants and so much more! If you have any questions about our cabin or the area, feel free to give me a call, I will be more than happy to speak to you personally. We look forward to helping you make this your best vacation ever! CITC Rules and regulations 1\. Check-In time is after 4 P.M. EST and check-out is 10 A.M. EST. 2\. This is a non-smoking cabin. Smoking is permitted on the deck, please discard cigarette butts in the proper place. If this rule is broken and we have a problem and need to remediate there will be a 250.00 fine to pay for such remediation. 3\. Minimum Age requirement - We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4\. \*\*Payment – We require a 50% deposit to reserve your dates and the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival 5\. \*\*Cancelations - A Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than Sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations made between Thirty (30) and Sixty (60) days from your arrival date, forfeit their 50% deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of check-in or early departures does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 6\. Quiet Time – Quiet time is between 10PM and 8AM. If this quiet time is abused you may be asked to leave the cabin. Please respect your neighbors. 7\. Maximum Occupancy- For the maximum number of guests please see the individual property details. 8\. This property requires a 2-nigh minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 9\. Inclusive Fees - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10\. No Daily maid service - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring pool/hot tub towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the bear proof container out front. An additional charge will be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed. 11\. Rate Changes - Rates subject to change without notice. 12\. Pets – If this is a pet friendly property there will be a non-refundable deposit to bring your pet (dogs only). If this is a non - pet friendly cabin. There will be a 250.00 fine for anyone bringing a pet into the cabin without permission. 13\. Falsified reservation - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 14\. written exceptions - Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 15\. State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest. The days that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and c. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water was hot and we never ran out even with 4 adults showering plus a toddler taking a bath. View from the deck is prettier than the pictures show. Host is very easy to get in contact with and helpful. I would not recommend taking a full size truck or large suv, the sharp turn into the driveway was difficult with our medium sized truck and it is hard to turn around to drive back down the driveway. Lots of rotten wood on exterior, gaps in doors so stinkbugs were all over inside. Dishwasher was broken and most of the dishes in the cabinet were not clean. Kitchen drawer broken. Loud and annoying bang under the cabin every time the water was used and continued 15 minutes after turned off or toilet flushed. Dvd cables were old so tv hummed so loud when plugged in you couldn’t watch movies. No batteries in remotes except one so we had to swap them. No hairdryer was there like the listing said so we had to go purchase one. Surface updates have been done only and it shows. Was decent but wouldn’t stay there again. It was very easy to get to and from the park. Unfortunately that is where the good ends. This cabin was neglected and dirty. The first impression walking in was trash in the floor around the washer and dryer and cob webs covering the water heater. Every towel we pulled out was dingy and stained. There were dirty hand marks on the walls. Dust was caked into the bathroom vents. All of the baseboards were dirty and there were cobwebs on the walls and ceilings. There was food debris that had dripped or splattered on the wall beside the kitchen trash can. A quaint, cute, rustic beautiful cabin situated in a beautiful area. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay here.
