This cabin is a 3 BR 2 BA cabin located at the base of Bluff Mountain and situated on an all paved road convenient to the National Park, Wears Valley and Parkway, the main drag in Pigeon Forge. ★ ★UPPER LEVEL ★ ★ Open loft with futon (opening to full size bed), pool table, board games and foosball. ★ ★MAIN LEVEL ★ ★ Living Room, Full Kitchen (cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster etc), Dining Room table, stone fireplace, smart TV with 120+ channels, cocktail style arcade game with 60+ games, full bath with double vanity, Bedroom with Queen size bed and twin bed, Deck access with patio furniture, hot tub, complete with wooded views and privacy! ★ ★LOWER LEVEL★ ★ Spacious master with King size bed, adjoining luxurious master bath (jets not operational), TV with 120+ channels, Washer/ Dryer, nook with custom built in bunk beds and office space. This level also offers new flooring, private deck access with patio furniture and swing, surrounded by woods. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: PARKING: Three to four full size vehicles will fit in the private drive in front of the cabin. ACCESS: The front door has an electronic keypad. You will be provided the door code access 4 days prior to arrival. GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. The road is only slightly steep as you near the cabin. Snow and ice are not common in the area, but 4WD or AWD may be necessary in the winter months. OUTDOOR GRILLE: A park style grille is provided for your use. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can and back on the concrete. CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them. CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge. See rental rules for more information. We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. It took us 15 minutes to get everywhere we wanted to go. There are actually only 2 traditional bedrooms and a third nook area with bunk beds. We made it work. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond with questions. We would definitely return!! ##### Tonya J. It’s in a great location and not too close to your neighbors. It takes less than 10 minutes to get down to town. The cabin is clean and has everything we needed. My older teens loves the pool table, arcade games and the foosball table. The hot tub was an added bonus as well. Great communication from the owners. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and both the fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. Nice and cozy! The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating was because there were a few issues with cleanliness. I let the owners know and they are checking into this. ##### Kasey R. Very close to pigeon forge. The 3 bedrooms is a little deceiving- only really two bedrooms and a set of bunkers. My grandma and aunt had to sleep together. We enjoyed staying in the cabin. It was ideally located for us (close to Pigeon Forge activities, Gatlinburg, and the Park) but was out of the hustle and bustle so we could relax in the mornings and evenings. The surroundings were lovely with lots of trees and views. The cabin was pretty much exactly as described and pictured in the listing and worked well for us. I did feel there was a slight lack of attention to details compared to some other VRBO listings where we've stayed (thus the four star versus five star rating). But these were minor things that I'm sure the management can address easily. We were 6 adults, first time in Tennessee , coming in for the Tool concert in Knoxville, which BTW was incredible. The cabin is beautiful, spacious and cozy all at once. After a few plane rides and delays, we arrived at the cabin past midnight, as did our friends and we explored a bit then settled in and got the best surprise at sunrise. The scenery is to die for. Everywhere you look it's just stunning in the cabin and outside.The drive to Pigeon Forge is great and the cabin is close enough to any necessities and then some. The town is just amazing and fun! Thank you to the Hosts that were very communicative and super available for anything and patient since the VRBO app has some issues. We truly loved our stay and hope to return!
