The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place. The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The communication with property management was always prompt and friendly. Communication with the hosts was excellent. My kids loved the Pac-Man arcade. The hot tub was a nice addition. Minor couple things- just some dust bunnies in corners and the bunk bed was super squeaky so we didn’t utilize the top bunk. Otherwise- perfect stay! ##### Victoria A. The neighborhood was quiet and taking walks around the block was pleasant with friendly people. It was a beautiful location, fully stocked with everything you need. (I would recommend bringing an extra blanket, as there are no extras in the unit). Not a game changer for me though. It was very clean and The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were comfy, and our granddaughter loved the twin bunk beds and video game when she came to visit. The hot tub was a welcome site after walking and visiting the different places , which are all within a 15 minute to 1/2 hr drive away making it very convenient. However, owner quickly responded and willing to make it right and make our stay comfortable. I would stay again. Our kids loved the Pac-man game and the bunk beds in their room. The hot tub was delightful after long, busy days. The location is great. The place was clean and orderly. The spaces were exactly as described and comfortable for our trip. We brought dogs and weren't treated like terrorists for doing so or charged out the nose for them. The location is great if you want to be close to conveniences, but still have quiet at night. The property owners were very responsive for any questions we had during our stay. Exactly as pictures indicated. Close to EVERYTHING. Recently renovated, all kitchen extras, plenty of linens, soaps etc. spotless. Especially our dogs! The kids loved the bunk beds and Pac-Man machine. They also really appreciated having their own bathroom. I loved being able to do laundry during our stay. Our favorite thing was that this place was a close drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of these tourist spots. I would definitely recommend this property to families or travelers with dogs who want to visit the Smokey Mountains and area tourist spots, but want a spacious relaxing place to come back to! ##### Megan B. However, we were unable to connect our devices to the internet and the AC wasn’t working the last night of our stay (in hindsight, it likely wasn’t working all week but it wasn’t super noticeable until the last night). The property manager was quick to respond but there wasn’t much they could do about the internet or AC (since it was later in the evening when we returned and realized it was out). I do wish we brought extra blankets because the quilt on our bed was thin though and the mattress wasn’t the most pleasant to sleep on if i’m being honest but that’s really the only complaint. it’s about a 15 minute drive down to PF or Sevierville and about 30 to gatlinburg and has a ton of winding roads as a heads up! The accommodations were very basic but worked for a short three-day stay. However, cleanliness was a concern. The air filters were extremely dirty, which caused sneezing and coughing for all of us. I reached out to the manager, who responded quickly and thanked me for the feedback, but no action was taken to address the issue during our stay.Additionally, there weren’t enough blankets, and the place lacked simple essentials like salt, sugar, or even enough coffee for more than a day—so be sure to come prepared. While it served its purpose, I don’t think we will be returning. Hopefully, the management will improve these issues for future guests. ##### Rebecca D. Things happen: After few days the AC went out and they moved us to next door. We had few issues that were swiftly resolved. Bad stuff: the cleaning crew needs to be fired. The hardwood floors were not cleaned and The carpet needs vacuum and steaming. I had to mop the floors. Overall the place is as posted. Ample parking space. Will consider next time. ##### shashank m.
