The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place. The neighborhood was good but parking was a little tight because of the area that the dumpster is located. If you are traveling with one car like us it isn't a problem at all! The house itself was great; clean, beautiful, quiet neighborhood, easy to locate, quick drive into town. The owners were great also, wonderful communication!
