We loved the cabin, perfect for our family. However, our bed had dead and alive bugs on the linens, pillowcases, blanket, mattress and bed frame. We did our best to get them all, including removing the covers and pillowcases and wiping the bedframe down, but we still woke up with bugs in the bed. It was very uncomfortable the first night. We were told cleaners were on the way and it was late, the drive to the cabin would have been tough. So we asked if they could come in the morning, which they did while we were out, and took my wife's blanket, and it was returned the next evening. The bugs may have been ants, but not bed bugs, thank goodness. The game room was next door, and other than the mouse dropping on the futon, and the gaming table being rehabbed it would have been okay, we did not spend much time there. ##### Sam L. The kids (ages 12-16) loved the game room, as did I 😁. We were not there very much, but when we were it was cozy and comfortable. The drive up may be curvy and a bit long, but it is so pretty. We love the mountains so it was no problem for us. The beds were all comfortable which was nice after a long day of walking at Dollywood. There wasn't a doorknob on the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs masterbed the Fram was broken in the middle held up with wooden blocks and it swayed in the middle . The towels were damp and smelled like cigarette smoke. Dishes were dirty and had rat dropping in the drawers. The twin beds the comforters had crusted food or something on them. Bathroom doors did not lock. The place was nasty. Upstairs sink in bathroom would not drain. Gameroom was filthy with spiderweb deadbugs and pool table was broke.
