THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. • Outdoor resort pool is seasonal and typically open and available for guest use Memorial Day through Labor Day. • The fireplace in the master bedroom is available seasonally, from October through March. • During the winter months, an AWD or 4X4 vehicle may be necessary. Dollywood, a family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located 13 miles from the home.
