All the bedrooms feature comfy king-sized beds, electric fireplaces, and private en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen Smart ROKU TV ranging in size from 50" to 55". Bedroom 1 is on the upper level. The large en-suite bathroom is equipped with a stand-in shower and a separate extra-large two-person jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 is also on the upper level. Our cabin is on the left side of the resort, offering much more privacy than most cabins here. With no neighbors on either side or behind you, the sense of peace and privacy is unmatched. It still offers incredible views from the front and side porch. Take in picturesque views from the porch swing, sip your morning coffee from one of the rocking chairs, or relax in the hot tub. The cabin is located in the beautiful Grand View Resort, home to the famous Wahoo Zip-Line, a 50X24 sports pool, and a kids pool with water features. Stay with us and ride Tennessee's longest dual zip-line at half price. In addition, you’ll be just a short drive from many of the area’s popular attractions, including the main parkway, Dollywood, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and more. ★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In The Smokies! ☆★ GUEST ACCESS: You will have private access to the entire cabin along with shared access to the resort pools. We have one of the larger driveways in all of Grandview with flat and paved parking available for up to six vehicles. 48 hours before your arrival, we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check-in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting off-site for keys; just arrive at the cabin! Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or late check-out. This is a large cabin that requires extra time to prepare for the next guests. The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1, as with every cabin in the area (Please do not run the fireplace and the air conditioner at the same time). The hot tub is all ready for you and should NOT be set lower than 100 degrees or more than 104 degrees at all times. The resort pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Pet policy: In an effort to be considerate of guests with allergies, pets are NOT allowed, and the policy is strictly enforced. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500, and you will be asked to leave without refund. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! We do NOT offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything else outside of our control. We do highly recommend investing in travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are NOT provided If more than 8 people are planning on staying, please note the sleeper sofa in the game room can sleep two, and there are two couches in the cabin—one in the upstairs master and one in the living room—that can sleep the other two. There is an outdoor security camera on the premises. This camera is for your protection. Any attempt on tamper with or disable the camera, including by disconnecting the WiFi, will result in a $150.00 fine and you will likely be asked to leave. Absolutely no fires! Fire is a very real threat to this area. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages. Everything was very clean and it was especially nice that each bedroom had an attached bathroom. They had a full stocked kitchen which we appreciated since we cooked every day we were there. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this beautiful cabin accommodated us very well. Loved that every bedroom had king sized, comfortable beds and each bedroom had its own bathroom. I mistakenly left a pair of pants hanging in a closet, and the hosts were happy to ship them to me free of charge (even though I offered to pay for shipping). The house is nicely decorated and comfortable but it’s starting to look a little worn in places especially the bathrooms. It’s still very nice, had a group of eight and we had plenty of room to spread out.Great location.close to shopping, restaurants and many attractions. But peaceful and relaxing. The space was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked however the dishes were a little worn, but because I’m picky I did bring my own. The common areas were comfortable and inviting, and the location was perfect for our trip. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making guests feel welcomed!The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.A couple of small notes: the master bedroom faces the sun, and there’s no window covering on the large window, so on bright, sunny days the room can get quite warm and bright. It also seems like there may be a small opening near that window since beetles found their way in. Additionally, this cabin isn’t one of the ones that face the scenic view — it faces the woods instead — but we still truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and the home itself.Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d absolutely come back! ##### Kela J. The beds were very comfy, which is rare in rentals. The upstairs was perfect for our 4 teenage sons and family- as they LOVED the pool table and large TV for football. The large dining table was great for our family of 9 for cards and games. The owner answered our messages/question's SUPER quick, which was very helpful! The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 star was because the outdoor grill did not work and the hot tub lid was so destroyed it was difficult getting in off and on the hot tub. I was informed that the owners have ordered a new hot tub lid and they had someone come out and fix the grill but it was 24 hours after reported so unfortunately we did not get to use the grill. ##### Sandy E. The cabin is in a great location with lots of privacy and easy access. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was nice for everyone to have their own bathroom.
