While 4x4 isn’t required for this property specifically, we always recommend it if you plan to explore deeper into the Smoky Mountains or venture off the main routes during rainy or winter months. Best of all, you're just a scenic drive away from all the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use. Could not get hot tub to work. Be sure to bring ice. No ice trays or ice maker. I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family.
