Tucked away in the peaceful town of Pittman Center, just a few miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, this 3-level modular A-frame cabin combines modern comfort with rustic charm. Overlooking the river with direct access it’s the perfect retreat for fishing, tubing, or simply enjoying the beauty of the Great Smoky mountains.  
  
Step inside to a welcoming living room with a wood burning fireplace, breakfast bar, and a sleeper sofa. Just off the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats up to 6 guests. Behind the dining table is sliding glass doors that lead out to the spacious back deck.  
  
The main level also includes:  
  
· A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity.  
  
· A laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer  
  
· A bedroom with bunk beds with its own attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and single vanity.  
  
The second floor features a welcoming loft space equipped with a sleeper sofa, as well as an additional sitting area complemented by an electric fireplace. This level offers multiple bedrooms, all with beautiful river views:  
  
· To the right of the stairs is a King Master Suite with a sleeper sofa and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  
  
· Queen bedroom, located off the additional sitting area with electric fireplace  
  
· Second door on the left is the second King bedroom; this bedroom has a jack and jill bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and single vanity.  
  
The top floor is all about fun and relaxation! The open loft game room includes:  
  
· Pool table  
  
· Shuffleboard Table  
  
· Card Table  
  
· TV with seating area  
  
· Three rocking chairs that have been perfectly placed by the windows overlooking the river.  
  
Outdoor Spaces:  
  
· The upper back deck can be accessed through the kitchen, has rocking chairs and 2 dining tables that will seat up to 4 guests each.  
  
· The lower back deck features sun loungers, rocking chairs, and a large hot tub with a river view, plus stairs leading down to the water for direct water access.
