The beautiful 2 story cabin has all a family of 6 would need for a relaxing getaway, whether that means exploring all Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg have or escaping for a family hike in the National Park. Firstly I thought it would be a little more secluded ,it is not. Road noise is terrible from a road above. The neighbor across the street has a dog that barks constantly and a rooster that will let you know when the sun is up. The hot tub is nice but if it is off the day you arrive it takes 12 hours to warm up. The tv is in a ridiculous spot that you cannot see from any piece of furniture. There is a thermostat upstairs so it is comfortable upstairs but downstairs is freezing so hopefully you packed a sweatshirt for your trip here in august. I called the office to complain about these things on the second day and was basically told sorry for your luck. There were more things also and it sounds like little things but sometimes it is the little things that matter and can make a vacation better and not lead to arguments. ##### Adlai F.
