Welcome to WOODLAND Cabin! Newly & custom remodeled...located in secluded wooded area, only 10 min to Main Strip Parkway! Though it's secluded, the ROADS ARE EASY TO NAVIGATE & minutes from the main attractions! \- 15 min to The Island...Margaritaville...all attractions! \- 20 min to Dollywood and Splash Country! \- 20-25 min to Gatlinburg! \- GSMNP! \-3 KING size bedrooms \-Big Game Room \-2.5 baths \-Full kitchen \-Hot tub \-Charcoal grill \-WiFi \-YouTube TV /Roku \-Patio & Porch \-Fire Pit More!... The cabin has THREE (3) LEVELS WITH THREE (3) KING SIZED BEDROOMS WITH KING SIZED BEDS as well as queen pull out couch and log bunk beds (Twin over Full)! Big flat screen TV's in EVERY room! \- MAIN FLOOR - Living room (cathedral ceiling) with stone fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, dining area, and kitchen. The Master bedroom, jacuzzi and full bathroom are also on this floor. There is also a gas grill and hot tub on the covered and screened in porch. \- UPSTAIRS- Second King size bedroom with full bathroom with TV. \- DOWNSTAIRS - Huge game room with pool table, multi game arcade console, board games and TV. There is also the third bedroom with King bed and Log Bunk Beds (Twin over Full). 1/2 bath, washer&dryer. The downstairs door leads out to the lounge area with porch swing, patio table with umbrella, and cozy fire pit outside! \*\*Please note the air hockey table has been converted to the multi game arcade system! \- KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen ( dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc). There is both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig (BYO Coffee). OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: \- ENTRY/ACCESS - You will be given a personal key code in plenty of time for entry so you don't need to worry about keys upon your arrival and departure! \-PARKING: Parking for up to 6 vehicles between gravel driveway and "off street" grass areas (depending on vehicle size). \- WIFI - Throughout the cabin. Please note that it is Satellite internet (the only thing available in the mountains). It’s been upgraded to the new Starlink, which is the best and most updated satellite internet in the mountains! Most times its great, some times it’s good, sometimes it's not, but it's the best the area has to offer! \- TV - Access to tons of channels and content in every room via Roku and YouTube TV! \- GETTING THERE: The road is newly paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Only one road that is a little steep but it's newly paved and normal cars drive up and down it all day long (you'll be fine)! Although snow here is rare, in the winter 4wd or AWD may be necessary. \- OUTDOOR GRILL: CHARCOAL grill provided. Guest are responsible for their own charcoal. \- TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the cabin, make sure to put it INSIDE the cans in the bear-proof container and SECURE THE CONTAINER. If you would like a mid stay trash pickup, the cleaners will do so for $50\. If you leave excess trash that is not bagged outside of the cabin, it is a $50 charge from the cleaners. \- ANIMALS AND THINGS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them. You are in the mountains, so you may see bugs and things as part of the mountain life! \- CHECK IN/OUT: We do not typically offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. Cleaners give us 15 minute grace period for check outs, after which is a $50 charge, with an additional $25 for every 30 minutes after grace period. This would be passed to guest of not previously discussed and arranged for late checkout. We/They simply want to provide adequate time for full cleaning before the next guests to give them the best experience possible, just as we do for you! \- NO SMOKING - This is a non-smoking cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages. \- HOT TUB - is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! \-PETS - Certain pets allowed (per the pet policy) with pet deposit and fee (preferably small non-shedding breeds). If you choose sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave. Absolutely NO candles inside! Please do not lean or hang on railings. While you are staying with us your satisfaction is our highest aim. If something isn’t right let us know immediately and we will do our best to quickly make it right. If we don't know, we can't address the issue! Let us let you enjoy your time! No Unauthorized guests on the property. \- DO NOT FLUSH - anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000\. Just don't do it! \- STORMS - No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. DAMAGES - Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. All items are looked at before arrival and after departure. This cabin was nice and clean with plenty of space for our party of 7\. Was a nice place to come “home” to after each day’s adventures. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, cozy place to stay. Hot tub was great! Casey was very quick to respond and provided ample details to make our stay even better. The cabin was clean, well stocked and was quiet. One small thing to mention is that although the cabin is listed as 'secluded' there are other cabins around it. My family of 6 and a friends family of 4 all stayed here comfortably. The kids had their own area downstairs and parents upstairs. It was easy to get to and very well maintained. The cabin had everything that you could think of. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone. I don’t think you will be disappointed. Spent one of our days at Dollywood which was only a 20 minute drive. Easy drive as well to pigeon forge which has tons to do. Enough room to sleep our entire family. We had 9 members staying and the cabin was perfect with the game room being a big hit. The host was absolutely wonderful and did an awesome job communicating all details . Property managers were great with accommodating and communicating with me before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend making this your family vacation spot. My family loved the pool table and and the arcade table game. We even got the real experience and got to see a black bear up close on the front porch. ##### Plonski M. It was perfect. A light on the front would make it easier to get in and our of the cabin. We had 7 people plus a dog and there was plenty of room. Kids loved the arcade machine, pool table, and hot tub. Adults loved the hot tub too! Perfect for Family Christmas Getaway! Our family has always wanted to enjoy a quiet, cozy Christmas in the Smokey Mountains and this beautiful cabin was the perfect place for our family retreat! It had plenty of room for not only my husband and I and our two children, but my parents and my sister & brother in law (and their doggie babies!). Quiet, secluded cabin but still just a short drive to town. The owner, Casey, was very prompt and courteous and went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect! He was quick to answer all our questions and was very kind & helpful. We had such a wonderful time and hope to be back in the future!
