Please pack your dog bedding and a crate. We would ask you to keep it of the couches, blankets and beds and crate it when you not there. If there’s any damage or scratches there’s going to be extra charge! We take care pet fee payment after booking is confirmed with separate payment. 2 dog max. We do require them to be crated when you’re not in the cabin with them. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We need the 10am-4pm window to allow time to clean/sanitize the cabin and address anything maintenance related. 1\. This cabin is privately owned/managed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise. 2\. HOT TUB (No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tub at anytime without adult supervision) Remember when using a hot tub certain health-risks are associated. Use at your own risk! Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, re-fill and replenish chemicals before your arrival. Therefore, it may be later that evening before it is hot and ready for your enjoyment. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON HOT TUB COVER. They can break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub to leave the lid closed so hot tub will stay warm. 3\. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless if substantial. It is our home. Please treat it as if it were your own. 4\. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Fine is $500 5\. Fireplace is on and working between October 1st until April 1st. 6\. Please do not throw any food or trash off of the decks. 7\. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps,etc. Absolutely no grease to be drained in any sink or toilet! 8\. NO REFUNDS for weather related issues, road conditions, power outages beyond my control. 9\. NO REFUNDS for a long term reservations. 10\. Only 8 people max occupancy including children! 11\. Keep doors closed during your stay to keep bugs/critters out. You are in the mountains. AC works great when all the doors are closed. 12\. BEARS: There is a very good chance you will see bears near the cabin, do not feed the bears! Also do not leave food in your car, bears can damage you vehicle trying to get to food and we will not be responsible for such damages. 13\. Septic system: The septic system is very effective, however it can get clogged if improper materials are flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime! If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system you may be charged for damages up to $1,000 \*\*Upon Check-Out\*\* See below: To help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest follow rules below: 1-Please empty fridge completely. 2-Please discard all BAGGED trash in the outside trashcan. 3-Please load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run cycle. The cabin was peaceful and really clean. When we got in the fridge wasn’t working but after contacting the host he had a tech out within 24 hours and had it up and running. The extra kids bed was perfect for our 4 year old, she absolutely loved it. There is definitely a hill to drive up to the cabin but our CRV had absolutely no trouble.Really close to Dollywood, we even got back for a mid day nap.Truly no complaints from us! ##### Adam A. Stayed for a weekender. Cooked two breakfasts in house. We will bring our own pan spatula and cook You better bring a 4wd to get up driveway its super up hill that with the wet ground and covered in wet leaves scared the hell out of my wife. She refused to ride up and would walk each time (full blown panic attack). We rented a grand wagoneer 4wd big and heavy slipped a little but 4wd got us up there. It’s conveniently located between endless nature and every tourist attraction and shopping you could hope for and there’s a nice view when you just want to relax at the cabin. The only downside was trash strewn throughout the surrounding woods. We quickly learned who the culprit was when there was a bear on the front porch the next morning! The property manager is absolutely the best! Very responsive and totally worked to make our vacation wonderful. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was nice, especially the Keurig. Other than that, the cabin was not as pictured and not as expected. Furnishings inside and out were different than pictured and the cabin is in need of some refurbishing. The first thing that hits you when you enter is the musty smell. The towels and linens smelled moldy. A can of Febreze is needed for tenant's use. The toilet clogged after one use (normal waste). Items in need of repair: ceiling fan light in master bedroom; table lamp in L/R not working; Laundry closet door is off track. Deck: Hot tub did not have very forceful jets. Nails sticking out of the deck floor need to be nailed back down (I got my sock caught on at least one). The door from L/R to deck cannot be closed from the outside (needs a new door lockset). TV: We don't know how to use a SmartTV and it took a long time for us to figure out how to watch normal channels (like local news and channels like TBS). Only one of the remotes worked in the L/R. It would be helpful to have some written instructions on how to operate the tv, what channels/services are available and how to get to them. I've stayed in many cabins and understand the rustic nature of them. This was not a good experience, especially the smell in the cabin, linens and towels. I have to start off by saying Artem is amazing at accommodating the needs of his guest. He was great with communication through the app and answered all questions we had. His cabin was exactly as pictured on the listing, but was even better in person. Spacious, open living/common area with the kitchen, dining, and living space. The aesthetic was very pleasing with light colors to make it feel more open. Definitely loved the Edison Bulb fixture. The fireplace was a great use especially with the cold days we had, and we loved that it ran on a timer! The bedrooms were soooo spacious and comfortable. Such a great cabin feel and very private for the ones occupying the room. The location was wonderful, very private and beautiful to look out and see the mountains in the background. There were 3 other homes around us but honestly, we forgot they were there because it was so quiet and relaxing. Also, in location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it was the right amount of distance to both. A great scenic view to both towns. It was just so pleasurable. Overall, the stay was amazing. Artem doesn’t ask for much just that you follow the rules given, which honestly is pretty common sense as a guest staying in someone’s home. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I definitely will be coming back and booking this home again! A weekend in this cabin wasn’t enough. Thank you so much again! We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, nice decor, and some amenities provided were a nice touch to feel at home. Beds/bedding were comfy too. Cabin was easy and fast to get to from the main road (no 20+ hairpin turns like some other mountain view cabins!), driveway is not too steep, no problem getting up there in my 2WD SUV. Close to everything there is to do in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, we even went white water rafting near Hartford in about 25 min. Arts and crafts area, trolley stops, and restaurants right down the road! The living space and bedrooms suites are very spacious for couples and families. The picture windows with mountain views in each room were a nice surprise. Would be really nice in winter to enjoy all the fireplaces, hot tub, jacuzzi, and outdoor firepit here! Fire pit area was not cleaned prior to visiting, a new fire pit is needed, and the outside patio furniture needed attention as well.
