There is an outdoor pool, putt-putt, four stocked fishing ponds, par 3 golf, four hiking trails, patio fire-pit, tennis court, basketball, volleyball, badminton, batting cage, horseshoes, disc golf, playgrounds, and picnic tables. My fault for not paying attention to the square footage. The only other thing is the drive up to the mountain is very steep. I would highly recommend all wheel drive.
