We were shocked to see that the 4th bedroom which was the largest with many beds was actually a loft looking over the living room. That is not explained in the house description nor is it shown in any of the pictures. That created a problem for us but we had no choice but to make it work. The pictures also show a beautiful lake with a dock. They fail to let you know that the lake is drained for the winter. My husband and grandsons were very disappointed. They came prepared to fish. We also had a small issue with there not being a remote for the master bedroom TV. We understand these things happen but we were asked to search for it multiple times before one was brought to the house. We did search but don’t feel we should have had to. It seems that should have been discovered and fixed by housekeeping before we arrived. We felt deceived over the loft bedroom and not being told about the lake. If we had known these things we would not have rented this house. Especially the loft. The lake and pool are what originally drew us to this property. Finding no lake and a large loft bedroom was a real bummer for us. ##### TINA H. The cabin itself was the perfect retreat, featuring a private indoor pool and a hot tub on the deck with a beautiful view of the lake. The cabin's proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg made it easy to get out and enjoy the area's many attractions. We were able to spend our days exploring without a long commute. Overall, this cabin offers the best of both worlds: a luxurious and peaceful getaway with easy access to all the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. ##### Matt L.
