I would say this property provided all the basics at the absolute minimum level. It is at the back of a holler which was quiet and there was plenty of space to walk our dogs.Unfortunately, the cleaning prior to our visit wasn’t great. The spare pillows & blankets were just laying on the floor inside the closet on the old/marginally clean carpet and one of the spare throw blankets had something on it from a previous guest.The main room of the house is large and with some more comfortable seating options could be great! I would recommend removing the two leather futons and replacing with fold out sofas/loveseats. Futons do two things and don’t do either of them comfortably in my opinion.When we arrived it was dark and we were a little un-nerved to find a vehicle parked under the carport immediately outside the front door. We had a moment where we thought someone was there. Just would’ve been nice to have been told it would be there, or have it parked somewhere else because it did make for a tight fit with our medium sized SUV everyday getting in and out.ALL THAT SAID…With some improvements to the cleanliness and comfort, we would stay here again ##### Jon S.
