Price was perfect, hot tub was clean and hot right when we got there. King bed was extremely comfortable. Property was close to everything but far away from the noise. We had a great experience from the cleanliness of the property to the amenities. Neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to town. Staying at the chalet was an excellent experience for our family , and it was in a great location. It was far enough away from the busy traffic but not a long drive to the attractions. Met friends for birthday celebration in Gatlinburg. We were off the main area but close enough to everything we planned to do. We Will keep this place on our list of places to stay. My stay was amazing definitely would come again I had two minor issues one when we arrived two windows downstairs were unlocked but my partner is licensed & armed and made sure the home was vacant (It Was). Also I really feel they should unclog the tubs both shower were like taking a bath the drain was super stopped up and there were old press ONS in the shower above in a crack I am guessing from previous stay.. But outside of those down sides OMG this was perfect for me and my love. Private backyard with the hot tub the stars at night are everything our neighbors were super cool I didn't want to leave.
