The property manager stated they would reply within 30 minutes during business hours, when in reality it was 12 hours later. They gave us the wrong pool passcode so we were unable to access the pool for hours the first night, which is a huge reason we decided to stay at the property. We had to beg for the backup password from a different travel agent. The hot tub broke after the first night so we were unable to use it for nights 2 and 3. A pipe burst and was leaking water in the upstairs. The door handle to the porch was broken. I wouldn’t stay here again. The cleanliness and location wasn’t the issue, it was things not working appropriately.
