Newly Built Modern Cabin with Mountain Views | Hot Tub | Fire Pit | Game Room

Parks Lodge is a brand new luxury cabin that's close to everything. Completed in late 2022, this high end cabin features three master suites, a custom bunk room, and plenty of space for 12 people to relax and make memories. A beautifully appointed upper level suite has its own private deck and a spacious bathroom with soaking tub and shower.

KITCHEN
A modern and spacious kitchen is anchored by bold green cabinets. Open to the main level, this well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare all of your meals….including an electric cooktop & oven, stainless steel appliances, Instant Pot, crock pot, blender, toaster, stock pot, electric griddle, & much more! We’ve included a full coffee bar experience featuring pour over, french press, and a coffee machine. We've tried to include everything you might need to cook anything from a light meal to a full Christmas dinner!

DINING
The dining room table seats 10 adults comfortably. There's additional seating available along the kitchen island. For formal meals there are napkins, napkin rings and chargers.

BED & BATH
Parks Lodge has 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 12 people.

Upper Level King Suite
This spacious room boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom, complete with an oversized shower and soaking tub. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views from the private deck.

Bunk Room
Kids love staying in our bunk room. Located on the lower level, this bedroom with en-suite bathroom holds three custom built bunkbeds (6 twin beds in total). Each bed has its own reading light.

GAME ROOM
Kids and adults love our game room. It features arcade games, a pool table, board games, and a large screen TV with comfy seating to enjoy movies or the big game.

HOT TUB
Parks Lodge has a large 6 person hot tub, complete with jets and LED lights. It’s the perfect spot to sit back and relax after a fun day.

LOCATION
Parks Lodge is located in Thunder Mountain, an upscale development just west of Pigeon Forge. It’s the perfect mix of away from the crowds but close enough to everything. We are roughly 5 miles to Pigeon Forge, 11 miles from Gatlinburg, 6 miles from Wears Valley, and 8 miles to Dollywood.

ENTRY
Check-In: 4 PM
You’ll have your own personalized door code for an easy no hassle check-in.
Check-Out: 10 AM
To allow for enough cleaning time between guests, no late checkouts are available.

INTERNET
High speed internet is provided via Starlink.

PARKING AND EV CHARGER
We have a paved driveway with room for 4 vehicles.
An Electric Vehicle charge is located at the end of the driveway. This Level 2 EV charger has a J1772 plug type. Tesla vehicles can use an adapter to plug in.

LITTLE ONES
We have a high chair and pack and play in the cabin. We do not offer baby gates.

CLEANING FEE
The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. We pay our cleaners a Fair Living Wage and they do an amazing job. Between each stay the entire property is cleaned and sanitized. All towels and linens are changed out with ones that are fresh and clean and the hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled.

Our stay here was amazing! The cabin is beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of attention to detail. The location was perfect for popping into both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great long weekend at the cabin. Enjoyed the various places to gather - the teens LOVED the bunk bed room. Hot tub was warm, beds were soft, and bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend this location!

The Parks Lodge was wonderful and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. From the check in process and informative app, the communication with the owner and the many, many amenities included...no detail was overlooked. The cabin is very well stocked with all cooking and kitchen needs, top quality mattresses, linens and towels, games, extra touches and SOO clean. Close enough to town and attractions, but far enough that you feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle. I can't recommend staying here enough. If we're in the Smoky Mountain area again for travel, this is our top pick!

This property delivered everything it listed and then some! After being out exploring the area all day, it was the perfect place to recharge. All of our kids, ranging from 15 to 9, loved all of the entertainment available at the property. And it was great that all six of them were able to stay on that level together. Absolutely beautiful house! We were a group of 7, 5 adults and 2 kids, and we had plenty of room to spread out. If you would like to see a bear, recommend cooking some burgers on the grill out front, seems like a sure way to see one! Had one every time we used it, one time it walked right under the deck. We would stay here again. Nathan was great with communication as well!

Just as described! Wonderful cabin - very nice! 15 minutes from Parkway - easy to get to wherever in both Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Incredible views. Very nice upscale bathrooms. Plenty of room for 6 adults & 6 kids. Host was awesome! Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful home. A quick 13-15 min drive to most of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Closer to several other activities. Check in and communication from the owner was very easy and efficient. A perfect home for our family my with young boys. They loved the arcade games, hot tub and fire pit. All beds and linens were new and comfortable. A very well appointed kitchen with anything you would need to prepare a meal. Highly recommend for space, comfort and views.

We had a wonderful time on our Spring Break trip. There was plenty of space for our 3 families, with private suites for each couple and the bunk room for our 5 kids (ages 10-14). There was enough separation for the kids to play games and enjoy the hot tub, while we adults enjoyed cocktails with a view on the back deck and played cards at the kitchen table. And when we were all together, it didn't feel crowded at all. The house was beautifully furnished and well stocked, and the beds and linens were top notch. We would definitely book again!

we had 6 adults and 2 kids. As soon as we walked in the house we were all so in love! this was a last minute booking and well worth the choice! Nathan was so great at responding to any questions we had. We were close to everything between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. A trip we will never forget! we will miss the coffee on the main floor deck looking out at the beautiful view of the Smokies!

Cant recommend this cabin enough, it had it all and we are picky folks! Plenty of room for 3 families to total 12 or even more. Clean, new cabin smell, great kitchen and eating area as well as great room! The back deck was comfortable and quiet and the games throughout inside and out were perfect and kept the teens amused! 3 king beds was a dream come true and with 4 baths, we weren't fighting over them. Even the water heater kept up with us! If you are looking for the right cabin, this is it! We would book again in heartbeat!

Our stay at this cabin was amazing! Everything was just perfect. The location was nothing short of breathtaking; the cabin was perched on a hill, offering panoramic mountain views that were impressive. Each morning, we'd wake up to the sight of sun-kissed peaks, and it felt like a dream come true while we enjoyed our coffee. The amenities provided by the owners truly made our stay unforgettable. The pool table, gathering around the crackling fire roasting marshmallows, and sharing stories under the starry Tennessee sky created memories that our kids will never forget. But what really stole our hearts was the surprise that awaited us upon arrival—the hot tub was left on and heated! It was such a thoughtful gesture from the owners, and we can't thank them enough for it. The cabin itself was immaculate, and it was evident that the owners took great care of it. It was modern, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In conclusion, our stay at this modern cabin in Tennessee was a 10 out of 10! It's safe to say that we'll be returning to this little piece of paradise whenever we can. If you're considering a getaway to Tennessee, don't hesitate to book this gem—you won't be disappointed!

Upon entering the home, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome gift with coffee, hot chocolate, and chocolate candy. Home was very clean and very well stocked with toiletries. Had just about everything we needed as far as toiletries, including towels specifically for the hot tub. Each of the 3 levels had their own HVAC. We enjoyed using most of the amenities. However, we did not use the grill, as we mostly dined out during our stay. We also didn't watch much TV, but it worked fine. It was a Roku TV, and it had an app to access the satellite TV. We enjoyed the arcade games, poker chips, pool table, and corn hole boards. The home has a nice view of the Smokies. The only issue we had during our stay was the water pressure was low when all 3 showers were in use, but we worked around the issue. The home is fairly new, and other homes are being built nearby, so the owner did say he would look into the cause of the water pressure issue. We would definitely stay again.
