Check in was super easy, and the house was clean. The owner had warned us that construction was still going on in the neighborhood, so we were not surprised to see lots of action going on around us. Despite lots of work taking place, it was not noisy or congested. The rooms of the house were clean and spacious. Our kids/teens LOVED the indoor pool and used it each night. There was plenty of room for all to spread out, and we were very comfy and cozy there. We will be back on our next trip to Gatlinburg. ##### sheila l. Just a few minor inconveniences. The main one was the pool temp. I guess we are spoiled with warmer pools. The water was 83 degrees, which was honestly just too chilly to enjoy with the kids. Thankfully we had the hot tub! The other issue was that there were no pot holders or dish towels. I messaged the owner and it's because they keep getting stolen. We made it work but I wish I would have known before I started cooking. Everything else was great. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our little crew. It'll be nicer once the grass has grown back from the construction and kids can play outside, but that's no fault of the owners. Overall, we would stay here again! ##### Charity J.
