Located just 7 miles from Dollywood, this 5,788 square foot lodge has 11 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms (sleeps 42) has plenty of space for your entire family. There are two outside decks of mountain view just waiting to be discovered as well as 2 hot tubs, theater room, game room, and a 70 inch flat screen tv in the family room. While you stay, you communicate directly with the owners to ensure your stay is perfect. No middle man! Awesome View Lodge Check out the tour here of the entire cabin: https://youtu.be/XIQnctdZ1Ys Conveniently located at Wild Briar resort and 7 miles from Dollywood and right down from Parrot Mountain, this 5,788 square foot 3 level lodge is perfect for your large family or groups sleeping up to 42 guests. The luxurious Wild Briar Resort offers an easy drive along well maintained wide roads and outdoor community pool access (June 1 - Labor Day). There is always something to do at the Awesome View Lodge with a game room, theater room, patio deck seating and 2 hot tubs. Kitchen: Luxurious kitchen equipped with 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 drip coffee makers, 2 toasters and a huge industrial size refrigerator and freezer. All essential pots, pans, silverware, cups etc. provided and plenty of dining space. Theatre room: Located downstairs with theater style seating and a kitchenette nearby in case you need a snack. Game room: Located on the top level, we have a pool table, foosball table, TV and couches with plenty of seating in case you just want to lounge around. Free Wifi and TV provided by Xfinity - 1 Gig Speed The tvs in the theater room, living room and game room all have xfinity cable. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 rooms on the main level also have cable. All other tvs without cable have firesticks. Bedroom Layout: \- Top Floor - 4 king bedrooms each with additional twin over twin bunk beds in each room with ensuite bathrooms. There is 1 additional bedroom with a full over queen bunkbed that has a shared bathroom in the hallway (sleeps 18) \- Main Floor - 2 king bedrooms with additional twin over twin bunk beds in each room with ensuite bathrooms (sleeps 8) \- Bottom Floor- 4 king bedrooms (only 2 have the additional twin over twin bunk beds) with ensuite bathrooms (sleeps 12) \- There is also a twin over twin bunk bed in the theatre room on the bottom floor and a twin over twin bunk bed in the game room on the top floor (sleeps 4) Outside: plenty of free parking for up to 10 cars, 3 park style grills, and 3 bear proof garbage bins. (charcoal not provided) Things to do: Dollywood is 7 miles away complete with a waterpark. Play a game of golf at the Gatlinburg golf course. Journey through the smoky mountains at Cades Cove, a 11 mile loop filled with scenic roads and wildlife. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space but also accommodating for congregating in the kitchen/living room for games, watching movies/cooking. Had an amazing view from the living room/dining area...lots of natural sunlight during the day. Kitchen had plenty of refrigerator/freezer space, 2 crock pots, lots of pots/pans and necessary utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, keurig coffee maker. (We did bring paper plates, disposobale cups, etc) There are 2 dishwashers, though, if you need to wash dishes frequently(\*heads up for wine drinkers. There was only one wine glass available so bring if you need more) Beds and pillows were comfortable and there were lots of extra avaliable blankets in the dressers in each room. Communication with Ben was phenomenal. If you need anything he is very quick to respond.I would also recommend using the grocery delivery that Ben mentions in his greeting message. (Smoky mountain grocery delivery, I believe) It made our move in day easy and saved us tons of time! I will recommend that if you are sensitive to noise at night to bring ear plugs because you can hear people going up and down the steps especially if you are on the ground floor but that is probably expected in an all wood floor cabin! But overall it was a great place to spend a week with family and make good memories! ##### Cathy F. The house had some minor cleanliness issues when we arrived, (dusty floors, and confetti) but nothing that overshadowed the trip. With a little more attention to detail in that area, it would be an easy five-star stay in every category! Overall I still give it What really made this place shine was the location and the view — absolutely beautiful and peaceful, with a backdrop that made for some truly memorable moments. It was also the perfect home base for exploring the area. We visited incredible local attractions like the nearby caves, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Jayell Ranch — all within a manageable drive. And the host was amazing to communicate with before and during our stay. They made it very clear to let them know of any issues and they wld take care of it, which they did. If you’re looking for a scenic, well-located spot to gather with family or friends, this home is definitely worth considering. The property was exactly as listed. The communication with the owner was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We had no issues with parking and everything was clean and modern.
